I consider the best branch of the Sofia network! It feels like you really got into Sofia's cute and cozy house!!! Everything is very sincere and peaceful! There are a lot of seats for taking sweets, there is a separate mini-hall for the company. The staff are all polite and pleasant! A great place for morning coffee! The only thing I want to draw the attention of the management to the quality control of the closed mini-pizza (either it was not very warm, or the ingredients did not come together). And so in general, I definitely recommend it to everyone!!! Baking is super!!!

It's a wonderful place. A cozy home-made cafe. You can relax and have a cup of coffee or tea. The author's teas are the tastiest. The waiters are always polite and attentive. We visited cafe Sofia with my wife, we ordered Caesar salad, tuna salad, mushroom cream soup and beef stroganoff. The salads were delicious, but the sauce was slightly thin, the soup was excellent, the beef stroganoff was pleasantly surprised. The service was good, the waiter was polite and attentive. A cozy atmosphere . Overall a great place.

We went here for breakfast with my daughter sometimes (the hotel is not far away). Pastry shop (on the first floor), plus a cafe (on the second). There is a balcony. Delicious croissants with stuffing (more precisely, something like a sandwich, only with a croissant). My daughter also ate pancakes and, according to her, they were delicious. The lemonades are great. The menu is quite diverse. A pastry shop on the ground floor with a fairly extensive selection. In the cafe, you can order it all for dessert. A lot of locals come for orders.

We had dinner at Safia (Megaplanet, Yunusabad, 11 sq-l). We ordered a salad with crispy eggplant, in our opinion and taste, we would like to recommend the pastry shop to put less sesame seeds in the salad (interrupts the whole taste), more greens and of course ripe tomatoes. As for baking, then of course everything is very tasty and homemade for 5 stars

Кондитерская-кофейня бренда Safia – это уже гарантированный знак качества вкусной продукции и высокого уровня сервиса. Приветливый, улыбчивый, вежливый и расторопный персонал. Продуманные интерьеры, красивое оформление. Здесь просто рай для сладкоежек: множество красивейших тортов и пирожных, печенья и мороженого. Свежая выпечка пользуется большим спросом и быстро заканчивается. Когда зашла днём, обнаружила пустые витрины с ценниками на круассаны, самсу, пирожки, уже кем-то купленные и с удовольствием съеденные. Оставались только большие пироги с вишней и наполеон. Купила на перекус последнюю самсу с мясом и курицей, а в подарок кунжутное печенье с надписью на упаковке: «Улыбнись – ты держишь в руках счастье». На втором этаже мило посидела за чашечкой вкусного кофе. Отличное место!

Sale of defrosted confectionery products.
While we lived nearby in a hotel, we drank morning coffee in Safia every day. At first I was delighted with this place. Then the nuances appeared, which lowered the rating to good.
Let's start with the interior - a solid five. It doesn't look like a Parisian cafe, but a European confectionery is 100%. Not conditionally European, but really European. Just super!
Staff - also 5 points!
The coffee is great. We took different ones, we liked all the options. Good grade, not sour. Fragrant, but not excessively. Does not distract from the taste of baking, here is the perfect coffee for a pastry shop. Clean water is brought to the coffee. OK, but I wouldn't serve it with ice or ice cream options. But it didn't hurt :-).
Croissants. I am a croissant lover, and I was lucky to find out what a real Parisian croissant should be. The croissants are correct in size. According to the structure of puff pastry, too. But a real croissant should be made with natural butter and smell of this oil. But this was not.
And having come to the opening, the visitor should not hear that croissants without filling are over, and the next ones will be baked tomorrow. And you should not hear from the waiter an offer to warm up (!) a croissant. A good croissant happens only today, and only baked no more than a few hours ago.
And I was also not happy to hear that on Sunday they do not serve the breakfast menu with scrambled eggs.
All the problems with baking come from the fact that they don't bake what they sell here. Everything is baked at the factory, and frozen is brought. Hence the absence of some positions - it was on Sunday, the factory does not work on weekends. Hence the frost (!) on the berries on the served cake. Hence the fact that many sponge cakes are filled from all sides with sugar or jelly glaze - they look better in it after defrosting. From individual taste - many cakes seemed too sweet, now they are trying to get away from such sweetness. Even biscuits are too heavy - not lush, with a thick heavy viscous layer or nougat inside.
And yet I definitely recommend this pastry shop to visit. Because it's nice, comfortable, beautiful, clean. And in general, it's delicious.
I note that the review was written "on the Hamburg account". The confectionery positions itself highly. It is necessary to conform to this position.

Очень приятное место! Настоящий дом удовольствий для сладкоежек! В меню присутствуют и сладости, блюда для тех, кто хочет пообедать.
Внимательный и приветливый персонал, атмосфера уютного спокойного семейного кафе! Заказывали несколько пирожных, кофе и чай! Цены очень порадовали.двойной капучино 22 тыс., авторский чай -24 тыс.
Остались довольны качеством.

Очень красивое место - как внутри, так и снаружи. Лёгкий и приятный дизайн в стиле прованс.
Вежливый персонал, нормальная скорость обслуживания, и очень вкусные завтраки - готовят не очень быстро, но оно того стоит.
Ну и конечно во всей сети Софии прекрасный кофе!

Отличное кафе. В меню есть, что выбрать и все очень вкусное. Кафе красивое и уютное, есть туалет, на первом этаже можно заказать десерт и съесть его на втором за столом. В хорошую погоду можно завтракать на балконе. Официанты очень вежливые.

Десерты приторные - на 3ку, еда на 4ку с минусом, везде где можно зачем-то кладут маринованный ананас. Из плюсов - кофе и официанты. Кофе вкусный, официанты прям молодцы, очень любезные и приятные. Зайти за кофе да, зайти поесть - скорее нет(

Кафе порекомендовали местные друзья. Оно расположено на тихой улице в Яккасарайском районе. Проходя мимо на него сразу обращаешь внимание: обилие светлых тонов и дерева в отделке здания. Внутри чувствуется простор за счет высокого потолка и грамотного разделения зоны с десертами/выпечкой и зоны столиков. Я посетил кафе Safia воскресным утром. Почти все столики были заняты туристами из России :) Проходя мимо витрин с десертами невозможно устоять. Заказал десерт Анна Павлова и капучино (к сожалению, мой любимый флэт уайт они не делают). Доброжелательные официантки подают еду и кофе в красивой посуде. На каждом столике стоит дезинфектор для рук и есть рядом розетка (можно поработать на ноуте). Негромко играет приятная музыка, так что мне удалось почитать книгу, попивая свой кофе. Вкус десерта и кофе соответствует невысокому уровню цен в этом кафе. Я остался доволен :)

Ох!!! Чудесное место! Какая же здесь чумовая солянка, ммм. Обязательно к пробе.
Таких трапезных у сети София в Таше- 2шт.
Этот домик с улицы загляденье. А внутри на втором ощущаешь себя где-то в маленькой Италии. Меню небольшое, прайс невысокий, сервис на уровне ( все в шапочках повара). Вообщем сейному подряду Safia- огромный респект. Желаю, побольше открыть таких кафе-ресторанов.
