Desserts: Frozen Pavlova cake, frozen berry eclair, three malt cakes The cake is not fresh, it smells musty. I bought desserts at this branch many times, it was always excellent. I am very disappointed now!

Everything is very slow, even with a half-empty hall, they always cook very slowly, and at the same time the dishes are brought cold. Neither wash your hands, nor go to the toilet, you have to go OUTSIDE, go to the shopping center on another floor, well, it's just super uncomfortable.

I wanted to buy a cake for the new Year. The staff closed the door at 20:15 right in front of me. I told them several times that I only want 1 cake and I can pay at the door if they take it out. I think that would be an adequate solution for me and them, since there were still a lot of people inside who went and chose what they wanted. There was a manager who was introduced as "kottamiz". He didn't even listen to what I said and said no. I won't go to them anymore.
