The staff is generally responsive, but honestly sooooo slow. The waiting time is exactly the same as my claim. The food is very tasty and always fresh. The only thing I would like is to have coffee served in mugs or glasses when you are sitting in an institution, but unfortunately it is served in paper cups.

The staff can't even collect a delivery order from the list, the service is terrible. Despite the fact that the company responds to everyone that work will be done to improve the service, but by all accounts it seems that it is working to degrade the quality!
