Not so long ago, I saw the Sofia branch in this location, and I was very pleasantly surprised, as the branch just fit in super well here! Going to visit, we go to the shopping center for a gift, from there we immediately go to Safia for a sweet, everything is great nearby. The branch itself also has an excellent location inside, the staff are all well-trained, quick and responsible. I've even seen tables there to sit and drink coffee.

Charming place, lovely interior. You can drink the most delicious coffee on all levels, enjoying the atmosphere and pleasant music. The staff does not drop the face of the establishment, is always polite, courteous and efficient. When ordering coffee with you, check the freshness of the milk without leaving the cash register, (twice I was given coffee with curdled sour milk) so that you don't have to come back for a replacement. They change, of course, without question, but a couple of sips of coffee with sour milk will spoil the mood.

A pleasant and cozy branch. You can sit quietly and drink coffee with dessert. The staff is usually friendly. It feels like the owners of the network are watching their brainchild. Many of the products are of a quality level above their price tag. From my experience, I note that the quality of some positions directly depends on a particular day and party. Sometimes something may turn out to be too greasy or stale (the branch itself does not play a role here). On my own, I would recommend: a bun (pigtail) with nuts, mini tubes with cream, almost all cheesecakes and pasta. And a little wish for the management: do not skimp on wet wipes. Give the customer at least one piece along with the order.

I ordered a medium cappuccino. but it's filled to the middle. The employees' relationship to the customers is like doing a favor. They complain that the check doesn't come out.
