The most important thing is that during the changes at the university there is so clogged, the queue for a single cash register is too big, and there is only one barista and does not have time to fulfill orders. I also noticed that even if you pay extra for some additional product in drinks like more sugar or ice, the barista simply does not add them due to lack of hands and a large number of orders, rather getting confused and forgetting than on purpose. I would suggest another cash register, a coffee machine and more space

Мне нравится ассортимент, очень любезные девушки а также нравится что они адаптируются под каждого клиента, в других филиалах такого нет. Здесь очень шустрые девушки и обслуживание максимально быстрое в отличие от других филиалов ( например ул. Волгоградская)

Отличный выбор выпечки и других сладостей. Можно взять с собой, а можно и посидеть на месте. Очень уютно и вкусно. Хотелось бы кофе получше и РАФ добавить, а то в меню он есть, а по факту нет. С чаем та же беда, вроде в меню есть а по факту только черный и зелёный(.
