One of the advantages is a large selection of tiles that you won't find in other salons. I had to wait 2 months for the tile, although they immediately said 1 month. I have two feelings about the salon manager: she helped me find the right tile and placed an order. But when I wrote to her on Viber and asked why it took so long for the tiles to arrive, she replied with a capsule, "SHE's COMING this WEEK FOR a PARTY..." It's strange for me, it's like I was yelled at, even though she sent me a comforting flower emoji afterwards :) But perhaps the manager is not aware in principle that writing in capital letters is not professional, please tell her about the rules of correspondence. There was also a moment when the tile arrived, we were simply told where to go for it, the order number was reset to us only after I asked myself what I needed to provide and tell the storekeeper. I would like a more streamlined process.

I don't recommend it. A designer brought us to Sagardi. The prices are higher than in other stores. The tile for $70 came with a completely different pattern and shade. When asked why, they said:"maybe another party, there's nothing we can do." Customer focus is 0. They did not give an additional discount, but they offered to re-order.
