I liked everything until the last visit, master Valeria has no complaints so far, I had to go to another master for the last recording, the master was annoyed due to external factors, it was noticeable. I didn't like the execution of the procedure. Fast, yes, but somehow rude or something.

I liked the place at first, I went for about six months. I didn't pay attention to dirty jars, a falling—off paper towel holder and a worn-out couch - master Valeria was polite, good job, pleasant location. Today I rescheduled the recording 5 minutes before the start, because I realized that I was not in time: the master would be in a hurry, we would be nervous — I decided not to stress us (the master asked us not to be late last time). Arrived at the rescheduled time on the same day (the wizard is available almost all the time): the master from the threshold "I'm going to scold you now." I found out about some company rules that I hadn't been informed about in six months and hadn't even received a call to clarify. "You should understand everything yourself, it's not my job to call you." And whose is it? How can I know if I haven't been told? I'm signing up online, and the "transfer" button is available in the app, which means I can. If not, you need to report it or take an advance payment. As a result, I should know for myself that I might not be accepted at the salon at all for missing an appointment this time (who told me about this?). Master Valeria is polite and does her job carefully, but the "it's your own fault" attitude is not clear to me — is this a business or a master next door, where there is no administrator and informing customers about the company's policies.
