I really liked the restaurant.
Location on the embankment, pleasant interior: each table has a separate niche, you can not hear what is being said at the next table.
The cuisine is Asian, delicious, and beautifully decorated.
Dessert was not very popular.
The waiter could not explain the composition of one of the desserts.
It's better to book a table.
All the tables are occupied in the evening.
Suitable for family and romantic dinners.
A large selection of wines.

Great restaurant! Very tasty, super polite and friendly staff who speak fluent Russian, local cuisine, however, differs from others with a twist, a cozy place has a large terrace where you can smoke a hookah, I definitely recommend the place! The embankment is 2 steps away, from the interesting to the floor above the club, but the entrance is only with a girl ;)

Just about the cons - there are none!
The kitchen, the food, the service - everything is excellent. Having tried it once, we returned here for dinner more than once.
Very friendly and good-natured staff!
Fast delivery, affordable prices.
Everyone should definitely visit this institution after hiking in the "Old Town". I have not visited - I have not been to Baku!
Unfortunately, one photo, everything else was so badly eaten that they didn't have time to take a photo.

We had dinner today at the Sahil restaurant on the embankment in Baku. I liked absolutely everything - from the interior and the magnificent varied Menu with national cuisine to the service and quality of the prepared dishes and their serving!!! Very pleasant music. Everything is on top, it has a pleasant and very tasty evening. We definitely recommend you to visit!!!

Starting with the meeting of the guests: You feel like you're at home! Russian Russian is spoken by everyone, and the menu is also in Russian, which is very comfortable!
Very tasty food! A huge menu, everything that was chosen was very tasty!!!
And, special thanks to the young man (did not ask for a name), who gave us a wonderful concert on the accordion!

The advantages are a pleasant atmosphere, the national cuisine is perfectly cooked, large portions, excellent service. Everything was very tasty. The check is average, there are more expensive establishments in the city.
I would especially like to note that there is no service fee in this institution, as everywhere in Baku, but as it turned out, this is even a plus - the service was the best of all the places that we visited in Baku!
Definitely, this is the best place we've been.

It's a cool place. Pampered Muscovites will find shelter here :) Tomatoes are a bomb, pomegranate wine is a bomb. Even the soup with dumplings from my unloved mutton is served divinely (although it still didn't work out to love mutton, giraffes don't eat sheep). By the way, I didn't notice the high prices.

Sahil is super!!!
On the first day we came and it turned out that we couldn't go in without an appointment. We signed up for the next day only.
The place has a very pleasant interior.
I liked all the food. I especially remember the kebab "Kish Mish" two skewers of small pieces of lamb. It's amazing how such small pieces of meat managed to be so soft and juicy.

The coolest restaurant appeared to us during our 5 days in Baku, we ate in different establishments every day, but we returned to this one 4 times. Very responsible and professional hostesses who will conveniently sit down and explain everything about this institution! Everywhere is very clean, the kitchen is open behind glass, the kitchen is neat and pleasant to perfectionism, cooks without too much fuss on checks calmly sculpt their culinary masterpieces, special THANKS to them👍waiters downstairs, closer to the sea, younger, very peculiar, but responsive, on the islands above, further from the sea, older waiters and they are gorgeous, in our opinion, they sell the menu simply by description and serving, but in general the staff is all cool! In the kitchen, we will highlight all the eggplant dishes: eggplant rolls, eggplant-lyavangi, mirzagasimi- it's all just a BOMB, this is written by a person who does not really eat eggplants at all and prefers zucchini to any eggplant))) Here I discovered the magical world of the taste of eggplant. Simply incredible okroshka in this restaurant, which we ordered three times, despite the fact that it was January, although we additionally diluted it with amazing local ayran and sprinkled with amazing local seasoning sumac! I also really liked the lime leaf dolma, it is many times more tender than grape leaves, and the vegetable dolma, it is stuffed pepper, tomato and eggplant, very tasty! I can also highlight the kutabs, which are with greens, with cottage cheese, with lamb, with cheese, they are excellent, they melt in your mouth! There are also many local wines in the wine list, which was important for us, we tasted different ones every day! Everything is amazing, we recommend it!

A wonderful, cozy, quiet place with delicious cuisine, really large portions and very wonderful staff. Prices may seem a little higher than in other places, but look at the grams))) Once again, there are royal portions of delicious food!!! Excellent products from which the dishes are prepared. Great tomatoes. Great meat. Wonderful bread. The kitchen is 6 out of 5.
I will say this - every year in Baku we visit 10-12 restaurants within a 2km radius of the Old City. Sahil is beautiful.
The attitude of the staff, including towards children. The time of serving the dishes. Everything is great!

Excellent restaurant of Azerbaijani cuisine. Probably not cheap. Huge menu! Don't try everything! I especially liked the salad with crispy eggplant, summer with tomatoes in pomegranate juice, lyavyangi eggplant is also delicious! The lamb ribs just melted in my mouth! Many thanks to the waiter Huseyn for the excellent unobtrusive service. There was an unpleasant situation with one dish, it seemed to us that it was not very (((( they did not include it in the bill, they apologized. The dish is expensive. We will definitely come next time! There were 2 days in a row.

5+! We ate a classic lamb and chopped lamb with cherries for grilled vegetables and a fantastic summer tomato salad with pomegranate sauce. We had an enchanting pleasure from lunch, the salad was included in the TOP of the most delicious dishes that my wife and I liked! Baku is a delightful city and this restaurant is of a decent level! We ordered 8 dishes, everything is very tasty. The waiter Konstantin knows everything about food, a very nice person. It cost 160 manats for three to eat from the belly. Yes, it can be cheaper, but the place is central, so it's not surprising.
