I really liked the hotel! The territory of the hotel is not very large, but it is very beautiful and cozy! Polite staff, delicious breakfasts, you can have European, or you can have local cuisine! You can change money at a very good exchange rate right at the reception! The rooms are nice, the bed linen is snow-white, there is a cleaning service every day. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach. The on-site restaurant was filled with delicious food. I poured my white jeans with coffee, the professional laundry service on the street did not take over, and the hotel reception said no problem and returned the jeans the next day in their original form for a nominal fee! I recommend the hotel to everyone!

A wonderful hotel. We had breakfast with this view (photo attached). The staff is friendly, the cleaning is good, the food was delicious, although the choice, in my opinion, is small. We had a vacation in September 2024, and the memories are good. The only thing was that there were bags on the beach periodically, which spoiled its appearance. If you need Instagram photos, you can't take them on the beach at this hotel. The territory itself is very nice and well maintained. There is a tennis court, you can play at any time.

The pool is clean, it works up to 8 hours, there are many playgrounds for children, the food is quite diverse, including local dishes and fried rice and phobo and Thai pancakes, in general, there is enough assortment for 10-15 days so that you don't get bored. The beach near the hotel is not the most refined, the sun beds are shifted closer to the rooms, due to the fact that it strongly erodes the coastline, maybe at this time (June) or all year round, I do not know, but you can swim and tan. Room service is always a salvation if you are tired of the heat, as well as the pool. You can always exchange currency at the reception, order a lunch box, and generally solve any issue, by the way, there are good inexpensive grocery stores and restaurants near the Hotel, such as Madame Dean, well, it's right in front of the hotel, cool.

A great, cozy 4-star hotel. Located at the end of the tourist area of Mui Ne. The main territory of the hotel is located on the 1st line, in a grove of coconut palms. There is a swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.4 m, a pond. Accommodation in single-storey bungalows with 2 rooms (overlooking the pool and the hotel grounds), in two-storey houses (overlooking the sea, the pool and the hotel grounds), as well as in the main 4-storey building (overlooking the garden and the hotel grounds). There is also accommodation in a 2-storey building (2nd line) in standard rooms across the street, garden view. We lived in the main building on the 3rd floor, in a 2-bed Superior room with a view of the garden. There is also a separate restaurant building and a coastal bar on site. The territory is average in size and cozy. In addition to coconut palms, there are some tropical flowering shrubs and a few mango trees. The pool is not very shaded, so the water warms up. The beach area is equipped with a pair of bungalows with a roof, as well as sun beds. The coastal line itself is of medium width and clean. Along the coastline along other hotels, you can walk to the central beach (about 1.5 - 2 km). The meals at the hotel (breakfasts) are quite varied, fruits are in good quantity and assortment. It was also possible to attend dinner (unlimited, buffet) 3 times a week in the evening for an additional fee. You can visit 2-3 times, but then it's not interesting anymore, since the menu repeats, and the most delicious grilled dishes end early enough. Our room was nice, with a king-size bed, a large balcony with armchairs, and a clean shower without a musty smell. The hotel staff was helpful, the rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed daily. At departure, we prepared a dry ration for the trip. I was somewhat disappointed by the fact that when checking the room at the reception, they tried to bill us $ 10 for the fact that there was some kind of stain on one towel (possibly from cosmetics), although there were no complaints about any stains during the stay. But we refused to pay and left like that. I think it was the idea of the negligent staff to earn a little extra money for us, but we are experienced travelers and such tricks do not work with us. In general, despite the latter fact, I can safely recommend the hotel for a visit.

Beach towels are changed twice a day: during cleaning and from 18 to 19 hours. The pool is small but clean. After lunch, you can drink tea and coffee every day in the restaurant by the beach. The clean and very well-groomed territory of the hotel caused me complete delight: the landscape designer pleased me by embodying a small Japanese garden and an Alpine lawn on a small territory. There are many photo zones. The beach is public and wide. Sandbags that spoiled the view and prevented entry into the sea were either washed away by a wave or removed. But the sea still washes away the shore and the foundation of the restaurant is being strengthened as best they can. There are plenty of sun beds by the pool and by the sea. But people have a habit of hanging up a towel and leaving, it's annoying. And this applies not only to Russians, but also to Europeans, especially to them, I would even say so. The hotel hosts dinners outside three times a week. Tables are served by the roadside and a buffet is organized. At the time of November 2024, it costs 270 k dong. But to be honest, it looks weird: white tablecloths on tables along a rather noisy and dusty road.

If you want to have lunch somewhere in the city, you can easily get out to nearby cafes. Many of them even have menus in Russian.

The hotel is located in the tourist area of Mui Ne, near all kinds of cafes, smoothies, massages, etc. - everything that is necessary for a tourist. We lived in a room for three behind the road. At first there were concerns about the location, but in practice it turned out not to be so scary: crossing the road did not cause any special problems (there is a rather useless, but diligent guard who helps cross the road), there was a free billiard table and quite cozy gazebos on our side. It took 3 minutes to get to the main part. The hotel is quite clean, rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen is changed less often. There is a constant struggle on the beach with the sea, which washes away the shores and collapses the coastline (a tree fell into the sea in the "uninhabited" part of the beach). Since the fight is mainly carried out at the expense of plastic bags with sand, plastic threads and parts of these bags are very often in the water, which is not very pleasant. The breakfasts at the hotel are quite rich, almost like lunches: there is a choice of various hot, cold snacks, fruits and 1 type of soup.

I was pleased with the variety of fruits, a lot and delicious. There was no luck with the sea, the wind was strong and the storm was strong. The standard rooms across the street are terrible, they are not even on the hotel grounds, on the 2nd floor of the club. There is no balcony, there is no place to dry clothes /bathing accessories - this is not provided. The mattress is hard, the springs are felt. Everything hurts in the morning. For 16 days, the bed has never been changed, soap and shampoo have not been put on periodically. There was an unpleasant smell from the sewer in the bathroom/toilet. The hair dryer is a toy and does not dry with its power of 1000w, the replacement was waited for 12 days! There were cockroaches and geckos near the room all the time. The audibility in the room is "excellent" - you can hear everything and everyone. There were no bicycles for rent. The sea is dirty with rags sticking out of the sand, it looks terrible and spoils the view of the beach. On the last day, they "forgot" to pack our Lunch Boxes, although this day, with breakfast, is paid for. The staff does not speak English. The hotel is designed for local Vietnamese.

We were at this hotel from 02.02.2020 to 12.02.2020. We really liked the hotel. It is located about in the middle of Mui Ne, and you can walk to the Boke area, where seafood is sold and cooked. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby where you can eat not only local cuisine. For meat lovers, I recommend the Ararat cafe- to the left when leaving the hotel, there is an excellent barbecue and simply amazing eggplant rolls. If you walk a little further away, you can visit the Uzbek restaurant, there are two of them in Mui Ne, but we went to the one that is closer to the hotel. There is also a Teahouse 312 restaurant, where you can even eat dumplings, but we didn't really like the prices there. The hotel territory is cleaned every morning, the beach is leveled every evening, a buffet breakfast (there is something to choose from). The hotel's pool is small. The rooms are cleaned every day. Free Wi-Fi is available on site and in the room. Our room had a sea view. This hotel has a building with standard rooms across the street, we haven't been there. The beach is sandy and wide. The staff at the hotel does not speak Russian, they used a Google translator. At the entrance to breakfast, they ask for the room number, we showed it on our fingers)). In general, the Google translator helped a lot.
