Clean, everything is working, the price is fire. But you need your own transport to get to the beach. The beach nearby is great! I recommend.

I've only been to Sai Keo Beach, I haven't stayed in cabins. The beach is nice, with clear clear water. You can rent sun beds and mats for a fee. There is a toilet and shower on site for free, there are several cafes with an adequate price tag. In general, for 350-400 baht, a great place to swim just a few kilometers south of dirty Pattaya.
