We had a rest in July 2021. We booked with the tour operator Alean. We paid for accommodation + breakfasts, but in fact we could not use the breakfasts, since the dining room did not work at first (4 days). The owner did not want to compensate for the lack of breakfast. and then when the dining room started working, that is, on the 5th day of our stay, we did not want to, because such a breakfast looked like a begging. We thought that it would be more convenient with breakfast, but in fact it turned out to be better to go and have breakfast wherever you want and it's much cheaper than booking. From now on, we will not book with breakfast. The room was not cleaned in 10 days, the linen was not changed. The TV was not working and no one was going to fix it. We contacted several times on this issue, they said that the master was coming from Sukhum, but apparently he could not get there. But at least the water was good. It's always hot and cold. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so the fight was waged against mosquitoes. The electricity was turned off at night and the air conditioner did not work and it was hot to sleep with the windows closed, but you open them - mosquitoes! Therefore, the night is not for relaxing! But no matter what - all these non-amenities could not spoil our vacation. We understood perfectly well and knew where we were going. Initially, we did not expect a Turkish service.
