I recently visited Saida Plaza in Pavlodar for an event. The place left a generally good impression. The hall is spacious, beautiful, with delicious decorations, and the atmosphere is festive. I liked the food very much — the dishes are fresh and hearty, especially meat and snacks. The service is excellent: the waiters are polite, attentive, everything was brought quickly.
