Well-publicized. We checked my wife's eyes before the operation. We came by appointment on Friday. In fact, according to the record, it also turned out to be in turn. The doctor was not asked to see another doctor and until you ask, they themselves do not say that there is no doctor, you need to wait. Then there are queues for devices and a nurse checks everywhere, not doctors. The most interesting thing was at the end. After all the tests, they said that the eyes have super thickness and you can do any laser correction (lasik, clear, frk, femto-lasik). When asked what their differences were, they could not answer properly and there were a lot of questions and there was some doubt. And because of this, they went to another clinic. In another clinic, they also check the back of the cornea, which was not done in saif. And it turned out that there is a risk of kerataconus and any surgery is contraindicated. As a result, I am not happy with Saif Optima for nothing so much money was spent and received incorrect advice, which would lead to vision loss in the end. I don't recommend it. Double check

I came exclusively to undergo diagnostics and get conclusions!
What did I do as a patient? It means that first of all I made an appointment at 14:30, as a result I got an appointment at 15:30! The second turn asked for conclusions in Russian - they were approved at the reception, but in the end they were issued in Uzbek because they did not know the language of the doctor🤦♀️
Thirdly, I provided my passport at the reception! This is important to note since the full name was reprinted four times, where we had to wait no more than twenty minutes for each change! In the end, a nurse came and said that the doctor was not obliged to correct anything, since my appointment was yesterday, although I made a concession to take the conclusions in Russian on the trail.day (in Russian, since I am submitting docks to the embassy) by the way, I explained this at the reception and to the doctor and nurse. as a result, I hear the answer go and ask the doctor yourself!!!!!! EXCUSE ME???? As a result, as always, there was a scandal and everything was solved in a minute!!! Thanks for killing my last nerve cells! There are so many of them that I didn't know where to give them the opportunity to kill them!!! Illiterate! I would call it another word, but I will refrain! Don't go and waste your time!!!

Были в детской клинике. Очень понравилось!👍Обратились с диагнозом косоглазия. Сначали прошли диагностическое обследование, нас осмотрел врач, а после хирург, Ходжаев Дильшод Хамидуллаевич. Очень грамотный врач. Всё доходчиво объяснили и решили нашу проблему. Я и ребёнок остались довольны. Большой плюс, что есть детская площадка с игрушками. Что очень удобно. А ещё детишкам после обследования дают подарочки, игрушки. 🥰🤗 Моему ребенку обследование прошло в удовольствие!😀 Благодарю коллектив Саиф оптима! Вы лучшие!🥰👍 Мира вам и процветания!😊

Firstly, it is very stuffy in the reception desk, since there are a lot of visitors, the room is not ventilated in any way. Secondly, there are only two doctors at the reception who take very, very slowly, and most importantly, visitors are divided into categories of those who signed up and a live queue, even if you came early you need to wait for your live queue and the queue of those who signed up, in general we waited for our turn for more than three hours, the time wasted is not worth your attention.

Отличная клиника, хороший сервис, качественное и быстрое обслуживание, спектр оказываемых услуг широкий, и самое главное мне помогли без операционных вмешательств хотя я думал что мне нужно делать операцию, обошлось все глазными каплями, рекомендую к посещению, врачи опытные и с многолетним стажем работы и проведённых операций, сам обследовался у врача Бекировой С.И, по совету одноклассника которому успешно сделали сложные 2 операции, удобно бронировать время посещения по сайту клиники и выбрать для себя удобное время посещения

Неплохая клиника. Удобно, что принимают по предварительной записи, но бывают небольшие накладки. Хорошие и вежливые врачи. Но медсестры портят все впечатление, куча бесполезных девочек. Отвели на УЗИ и началось все как обычно: о очереди, там никогда не слышали; соберутся толпой и за разговорами забывают о клиентах. При прохождении обследования, моя медсестра "потерялась" на 1:40.

Про детское отделение. Поставлю твёрдую четвёрку, за то что ты записываешься ко времени, приезжаешь во время и сидишь ждёшь т.к. кто то видите ли опоздал перед вами к своему времени, как правило опоздавших людей перезаписывают а не заставляют следующих сидеть и ждать, ведь все записываются к определённому времени т.к.у всех свои дела и планы. А в целом все неплохо, рекомендую, цены отличные
