The Orthodox Church in the name of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul turned out to be a two-minute walk from our spa hotel – in a picturesque place, at the foot of a wooded mountain at the intersection of Sadovaya Streets (from which we saw a high relief depicting Peter the Great in the image of a mason, installed in 1912 to mark the 200th anniversary of his stay in Karlovy Vary) and Peter the Great Street. And we had a great opportunity to get to the compound of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate for services: Saturday Night Vigil and Sunday Divine Liturgy. The atmosphere in the temple with an interesting history and a very difficult fate, which was consecrated 125 years ago (in 1897), is wonderful and blissful. The church itself is snow-white, very airy, elegant and spectacular, its copper and blue domes give the temple solemnity. There are a lot of parishioners at divine services, some come with children. A wonderful place! Guests of the resort will be interested from a historical and cultural point of view to appreciate the skill of the architects and the rich interior of the beautiful cathedral, and for believers it is just a holiday and a real gift

The Orthodox church, its domes are visible from almost anywhere in the Karlovy Vary resort area. Every Russian who comes to the city considers it his duty to visit Cerov. The temple has a very rich history. For the convenience of visitors, there is a long information stand on the fence to the left of the temple. It shows the history of the temple and its restoration in recent years. Few people know, but there is a Sunday school for children at the temple.

I have been going to Karlovy Vary on vacation for many years and I come to this temple every time. The temple is beautiful, well-groomed, and salted... the territory of the temple is clean, green, and there is a beautiful house on the territory.
