I truly do not understand how this hotel managed to obtain a 4-star hotel license after staying here for several nights. CONS: FACILITIES.  The carpets in the corridors show heavy signs of wear and tear with lots of soiled spots, dust and dirt in every corner.  There are always scores of yelling and running unattended children no matter day or night.  I stayed in two different rooms, and the bathrooms stench with sewing water in both. AMENITIES.  There is no complimentary laundry bag that lower grade hotels always provide, there is no a complimentary, for-return umbrella for this climate.  The refrigerator/bar is extremely noisy and is packed with similar items so that if you have leftovers for night cravings, you would have no place to store them.  ROOM SERVICE.  The maids did not clean the sink at all.  I first thought that the amenity might be too old, but I left my long hair on the sink to check.  Hell no, I have found it exactly where it was left.  I ordered food to my room.  The next day the sign ‘clean my room’ was on the door almost all day long, but I have found my room unmade in the evening with the dirty dishes greeting me.  The next day I found my room with only the bed made. There was dust on the drawers and he floors were dirty.  I called for room service but asked to come in an hour because I was getting ready to go out.  The maid came in 10 minutes. I repeated that I was dressing and that I did not want us to disturb each other, so I asked her to come back in 20 minutes. She came in 10 minutes and began to work without my permission and disturbing me.  Once the paper-thin walls betrayed how my neighbor complained that the room was not sufficiently attended. An insolent maid stated that it was clean instead of asking what exactly is wrong.  Once I was woken up with a knock at the door with a maid asking if I needed room service.  4-star hotel, indeed! FOOD. One is deprived of the option to drop breakfast while booking a deluxe room. Although selection of meals is decent, all the food is shoddy and yucky; and you will never find more wrinkled apples than here—do not get me wrong, they were not baked.  I stayed at the hotel for several nights but could not make myself eat there after giving a credit for the second chance. WAIT ATTENDANCE. Given the number of guests, the hotel should offer specific time for breakfast.  No, they dumped all the guests at once, so it is difficult to find an empty clean table, no matter if you are an early bird or not. The waiters are always gathered in scores chatting with each other instead of attending their duties: the tables are dirty, there are no napkins and juice glasses on site.  Dinner is the same, the waters are chatting instead of attending the tables.  You can forget to be served after you made an order and your meal was brought to you.  My cold appetizer and the main hot meal were brought together while the restaurant was empty; and I waited for the opportunity to square my bill forever. But again, the waiters were just chatting right in the guest area.  PROS: River view if you manage to book such a room.  Only half of the hotel rooms offer the view. Polite personnel at the front desk. Impeccable linens.

Very worst, except the view there's nothing good about this hotel. I am not going to stay here, and I won't recommend anyone. I spent 90000++ ruble for three nights. It was just wasted.

low quality service ever met, bad room-design, quite small beds, device-limited Wi-Fi … really mad for the whole things except the river view. I have to say you cannot only earn your customers hearts from the view right?
