I bought a Red Velour cake for my birthday. The cost of the cake for a minute was more than 50 rubles. What we have as a result: 1. The cakes are cut unevenly. The upper cake is twice as thick as the lower cakes. Which naturally affects the taste. 2. The cake is bitter because it is burnt at the edges (as seen in the photo). And for some reason, this fume was not cut off. 3. I wrote to insta and sent them photos, of course, I didn't expect to get my money back, but I was counting on at least "we'll fix it, come back, here's a 10% discount on your next order." But in the end, they asked for my phone number and no one called me back for a week. Pros: the cream is delicious. Therefore, not 1 point, but 2 points.
