We visited this cafe recently, and, to be honest, the impressions remained so-so. The location is convenient, the entrance is convenient, and the products seem to be original, but this is the only thing that pleases. First, the staff... It feels like you're not a guest, but you should deserve their attention. They are unfriendly, inconsiderate, and sometimes even careless. It's like they're doing me a favor by serving me at all. This immediately spoils the whole impression. Secondly, the quality of desserts has noticeably deteriorated. The taste is still normal, but the appearance... It feels like they're doing it in a hurry. Gone is the neatness and love that used to be felt in every piece. And the worst thing is cleanliness. Crumbs, stains, splashes, leftovers. Right in front of us, a worker in dirty clothes approached the equipment while preparing a cocktail. It's just trash. Maybe this is a problem with a specific location, but the owners should definitely pay attention. By the way, I'd rather order something like a Scandinavian salmon cake - at least there's a lot of filling and the look would be decent. But here, alas, I don't want to go back yet.

We visited with a guest on January 25 - the boiling water for tea ran out, no one said how long to wait, they just stopped selling. Today, we still managed to buy fruit tea (the girls at the checkout were clearly unhappy that anyone had come at all), but after 20 minutes the bottom of both cups was falling off. As a result, both of their clothes were ruined.

The location is the only advantage here. The price seems to be normal too . but for this money, I would like to have fresher pastries and desserts. Not half-dried pebbles. The interior is also so-so. In other words, it's worse than at any other gas station.
