It was on the 31st , at 18:34. I took ginger tea and a milky shake. The tea glass was sticky with honey. I asked for 1 more glass. To which I was told the price was 9 rubles . As for the drink . I asked to punch the usual tea and give me a glass. The situation is absurd . I didn't smear my glass with honey to pay for it.

We visited this cafe recently, and, to be honest, the impressions remained so-so. The location is convenient, the entrance is convenient, and the products seem to be original, but this is the only thing that pleases. First, the staff... It feels like you're not a guest, but you should deserve their attention. They are unfriendly, inconsiderate, and sometimes even careless. It's like they're doing me a favor by serving me at all. This immediately spoils the whole impression. Secondly, the quality of desserts has noticeably deteriorated. The taste is still normal, but the appearance... It feels like they're doing it in a hurry. Gone is the neatness and love that used to be felt in every piece. And the worst thing is cleanliness. Crumbs, stains, splashes, leftovers. Right in front of us, a worker in dirty clothes approached the equipment while preparing a cocktail. It's just trash. Maybe this is a problem with a specific location, but the owners should definitely pay attention. By the way, I'd rather order something like a Scandinavian salmon cake - at least there's a lot of filling and the look would be decent. But here, alas, I don't want to go back yet.

Advantages for a convenient location and entrance. For relatively original products. However, the cons kill everything. Firstly, the staff has a false feeling that they are the masters of the process, not the customers. Therefore, when visiting a cafe, you will not leave the feeling that you must earn the privilege of being well served. The staff is unfriendly, inattentive and even careless. Secondly, the quality of desserts has dropped significantly. The taste is still the one you're going for, but the look has definitely gotten worse. There is an impression that they are doing it in a hurry. The perfectly adjusted proportions of the ingredients are gone, when the taste of each piece is the same. Thirdly, (and this is the most important and terrible thing!) - cleanliness and well-groomed both indoors and in places where food is placed, as at a station snack bar. Crumbs, leftovers from old food, some splashes and so on. Right during the preparation of the cocktail, a worker in dirty overalls approached the equipment. The photo shows what is literally at the cash register. Perhaps these are the disadvantages of a specific location and the owners should pay attention to this particular point.
