The place is beautiful, cozy, delicious, BUT the staff is disgusting!!. We sat down, ate, and invited the waiter to order coffee and tea.A girl came up, took our order and began to carry away the trays: she took two trays at once, took 2 steps and dropped the glass-it broke! I threw these 2 trays with a bang on the next table-I broke the second glass, left everything like that and left for 15 minutes no one cleaned the glass, the waiter was already taking orders in the second part of the restaurant.We waited for 25 minutes, called another waiter.Again, the girl took the order from us, again we did not wait for the order..After 40 minutes, I got up and asked for a book of complaints, they didn't give it, I asked to call the administrator and I didn't see him.. They persistently put me at the table that they would immediately bring the order, well, they brought it + after another 5 minutes, as a result, we waited for exactly 45 minutes for only one tea and Americano coffee..What is this attitude to work??Why should the waiter's problems affect the customers??I hated my favorite and frequently visited restaurant..Tell me why even in a restaurant we have to eat through force and swearing?!!
