Disappointed. I often stop by your place in all shopping malls. First of all, they stopped giving me water with lemon. And it's always been nice. They just give you a glass, pour it yourself from the tap. Prices have not fallen in price , but it turns out that the quality has been lost. Secondly, there were always sauces and seeds on the counter when serving the salad...They're gone now, too. Thirdly, when serving salads, the sauce was always placed separately in a box so that you could choose whether to eat it or not. Today it was just poured on the edge of the plate. Dijon salad, the quality of the bacon is questionable. I couldn't eat it. It's very frustrating when your favorite places start to lose in quality. This trend usually leads to the closure of establishments.

Very pleasant and courteous staff! They greeted us with a smile, accepted the order - 5 minutes and the dish is ready! It's not the first time I've visited this place, and every time I leave, I'm happy and, most importantly, WELL-FED from a simple and light salad! Even with a large influx of employees, they try to make a dish as quickly as possible in order to feed everyone and not offend, sometimes with so many orders they forget to report something, but when approaching them they always politely apologize and immediately correct the situation! I've been visiting this place since it opened, and it's getting worse every time. We ordered 2 salads from the last one and waited 40 minutes! No one warned about this waiting time. A girl who makes orders for some reason without a headdress, just hair in a ponytail and the whole appearance of an employee is not trustworthy. I do not recommend this point for the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff and the speed of service.
