Everything is very clear with him: he patiently explains the tasks, apologizes for the overlaps on the part of full-time employees, and does everything to ensure that newcomers (including outsourcers) quickly get into the rhythm. It's a pleasure to work with him! Unfortunately, the experience of interacting with the foreman at the site turned out to be the opposite. Her approach is based on criticism and pressure.: she does not help to sort things out, but rather seeks to emphasize her merits to her superiors at the expense of others. Because of this, the atmosphere in the workplace becomes uncomfortable, and people lose their desire to work.
