Hello everyone, we were at the Salem August 2025 hotel, clean and tidy, a hearty breakfast is available. The staff is helpful and courteous, the room is cleaned every day. There is no private beach, but the public Soldier's beach is not far away (I do not recommend it), a little further there is a good beach, there are more options with sun beds and there is a place to change clothes with a shower.

The hotel is not bad, clean, cozy, the staff is very helpful, except that they could not provide a normal iron (they gave it with a broken handle, which was life-threatening to hold on to), for ironing clothes for going to a planned event, but the location wants the best, although they chose it because of its proximity to the beach: there is no coffee shop or cafe nearby, the beach is full of pizza porters who don't need anyone, it sucks, it's filthy, the sea has gone far away.

We are a couple from Kostanay, we stayed at the Salem Hotel and were very satisfied. Everything is clean and tidy, quiet and cozy atmosphere. We especially want to mention the work of the girl at the reception — Antyngul. She is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and makes you want to come back again.
