Hello everyone, we were at the Salem August 2025 hotel, clean and tidy, a hearty breakfast is available. The staff is helpful and courteous, the room is cleaned every day. There is no private beach, but the public Soldier's beach is not far away (I do not recommend it), a little further there is a good beach, there are more options with sun beds and there is a place to change clothes with a shower.

The hotel is not bad, clean, cozy, the staff is very helpful, except that they could not provide a normal iron (they gave it with a broken handle, which was life-threatening to hold on to), for ironing clothes for going to a planned event, but the location wants the best, although they chose it because of its proximity to the beach: there is no coffee shop or cafe nearby, the beach is full of pizza porters who don't need anyone, it sucks, it's filthy, the sea has gone far away.

We are a couple from Kostanay, we stayed at the Salem Hotel and were very satisfied. Everything is clean and tidy, quiet and cozy atmosphere. We especially want to mention the work of the girl at the reception — Antyngul. She is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and makes you want to come back again.

I really liked it. Cleanliness, courteous staff, excellent service. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable. We were only 3 days away, because we were passing through, if we were on vacation, we would have been longer and only here. Special respect to the owner, a very nice person, kind and mega sociable. We stayed in this hotel for a week, with a one-year-old child. On the first night we were put in a room with laminate flooring, then moved to a room with carpet. They offered it themselves, since we have a baby. We lived on the ground floor, which is very convenient, since parking is right under the window. It is also convenient that parking in the courtyard is separated from the road by a cafe building, due to this there is less noise and strangers passing by. The staff is wonderful, they have become like family in a week) The breakfasts are good and delicious. It's not far to the sea. The rooms are clean. If necessary, everything will be cleaned and bed linen and towels will be changed.

Among the advantages of this hotel are the price, friendly receptionists, cleanliness and included breakfasts. But maybe if you spend the night for a couple of days, you won't notice that they are the same, but my family and I lived for a week and overcooked eggs are already pretty tired. I'll probably keep silent about porridge... There was no kettle in the room, although cups and saucers were present, most likely it was simply taken from the room to the dining room. There is no iron either. There is one remote control for two rooms for an air conditioner, as well as one for televisions. But I couldn't resist asking for a second one.

Very good hotel, polite staff, cleanliness. Nice rooms. There is a nice dining room, there is a pizzeria nearby. There is a parking lot. There is a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient.
