I went first, picked out the shoes, and they were returned to the box in very poor condition. I mentioned that it was for a gift and asked them to put it in a beautiful box from Zenni (we bought the same shoes in another compartment and they put it in a beautiful box). However, they were put back in a not very good box, which was also damaged.
Then I paid, but as I was leaving, I noticed that they had received more money. purchases were mixed at the checkout. They didn't let us talk and said they had given us something wrong, but in the meantime they gave the shoes I had chosen to another customer and received the money. If they hadn't interrupted and let us report the error quickly, they wouldn't have received the wrong amount from the next customer.
In short, the atmosphere, attitude, and service were very poor. After all, I needed to prove that I had paid for the shoe-cleaning material.

The shoes don't seem to be bad, but I didn't like the service in this particular store on Severny Prospekt.
I was the only customer in the room, but both the consultant's girls never came up to me and did not ask how to help me. I went and got what I needed. It was only when I asked for a different size that they brought it. Then, seeing that the model did not suit me, they also stood talking to each other and did not even think to offer me something else.
It's very sad. It can be seen that sellers are sitting on a salary and are not interested in indicators at all.
