We visited in the summer at the peak of the heat, but it was cool and comfortable in the cinema premises, the image quality was at a good level. Navigation is not thought out a little, if you are visiting for the first time, you will not immediately figure out where the cinema is located. It seems that there is a sign and a poster, and where you will not immediately find the entrance, because the entrance is adjacent to the Basket store, this is unexpected, but it is quite solvable if you install a noticeable sign orienting to the cinema hall. Nevertheless, my rating is 5 stars. There is a coffee machine, popcorn and soft drinks in the lobby.

About the cons:
1) My friends bought me a ticket, but I wrote to them that I was late. They went into the hall and already started watching a movie, I was going to call someone to come out of friends and show my ticket. However, to my surprise, there was no one at the door, they simply did not pay attention to me at the reception, and I calmly opened the door and went in. For the safety of your customers, so that no outsider comes in like this, pay attention to control.
2) sitting in the hall, when there is silence at the moment of the movie, you hear loud sounds of another movie on the other side of the wall and the atmosphere collapses, and so it's completely normal

We bought tickets in advance and booked comfortable seats in the middle, in hall N5 through the website afisha.uz
Upon arrival, we are told that we are sitting in the penultimate row on the side, and also in another hall, due to some kind of malfunction
Very irresponsible attitude of all staff
The popcorn is rubbery and tasteless
I do not advise anyone to visit this terrible cinema.
The screen is small, and the light from the stairs is strong in the eyes and distracting.

One of the best cinemas I've ever gone to. I've been going there since 6th grade. They have now updated the seats, which have become even better and more comfortable, and ticket prices for popular franchises have remained almost the same. Plus, it is now possible to buy online tickets, including from Salom. They have no disadvantages, and if they do, then by location, but this is at the level of error. Absolutely not professional and indifferent staff. The hall is not big, but the volume of the film's sound is very disturbing. I was with my grandson, he even grabbed his ears from the volume of the sound. I went out and asked the receptionist in the lobby to turn down the sound. No reaction. I went out a second time and asked, and also asked to lower the power of the air conditioner. 60,000 soums for one ticket. 15 minutes after the start of the session and the indifference of the staff, my grandson and I left. They did not torture themselves, although the film was interesting.

Since this is the 4th floor, and the elevator is designed for 3-4 people, it is clear that after the session, all visitors go down the STAIRS!!
We visited only the "pink hall" and watched it in 3D effect. Great sound, a balanced picture immerses you in what is happening, awesome comfortable chairs with pull-out stands, BUT!!!! DESIGNED TO GROW ONLY BELOW AVERAGE! Having a height of 175cm or more, you will not be able to feel their effect, because unfortunately, you simply will not fit(((

The worst movie theater I've ever been to! Don't set foot there anymore. it is hot, there is no air conditioning in the hall, although the prices are the same as in other cinemas. the screen is small, plus it is broken, some glare was on the monitor as if they were watching from a computer. the seats are wobbly, one sharp movement and you can fall. on top of that, there is no elevator, you can go up to the 4th floor yourself.

We've been to Hollywood Hall twice. I liked everything, a small hall, comfortable chairs with a retractable footrest (leather. deputy). The screen, picture and sound are at the same level. The staff is polite. The lobby is cozy, there are soft sofas. A retail outlet with a basic assortment of snacks and drinks. I didn't like that tickets can be bought day in, day out, i.e. you need to arrive in advance, buy, and then go to the session itself again, or sit and wait until the session. I didn't like the neighbors who broke into the hall without waiting in line, as if someone could take someone else's place. Some came with really big bags of food. Someone climbed onto the chair with their feet in shoes.

The sound sucks, there is more sound in the hall from eating chips, you have to strain to listen to the movie. The bar in the cinema is always empty, as if there is nothing else to sell except popcorn and water. They communicate disgustingly. I live nearby and over the past few years the cinema has become a complete mess due to the negligence of the staff. I hope the management will read this review and take action.

The halls are large, but sometimes they are cool due to the lack of air conditioning, there is only ventilation. The chairs are comfortable, very soft, and fold out almost into a recumbent position. When you look in a supine position, your neck gets numb, there is not enough pillow) The video quality is standard (4K), the administrator said that it depends on the movie, sometimes movies are only in 2K. The sound is simply excellent, they asked what kind of system they have, the same administrator said that they have a 5.1 Dolby Atmos system. The lobby is clean, there is a cleaner on duty all the time, and the halls are also cleaned after each session.
The interior is interesting, the walls of the hall are covered with black paint, and in a small corridor there is a huge glowing inscription "Salom Cinema", it looks very cool. There are comfortable sofas in the lobby for waiting and a couple of tables. The bar is good, well, of course with increased prices, there is nowhere without it. Popcorn cost 35,000 soums, and I'll tell you that you definitely won't try it on the street, it's crispy and delicious. There are only 3 flavors of popcorn such as caramel, cheese and salty. The staff is very polite.
