If it were possible to put 0 stars, they would get them with such "professionals". At the time of recording, I had two injured nails, which, as it turned out, had a partially cracked plate after removal (the second nail was in hellish pain throughout the removal - they continued to injure the nail). After removing the nail plate on all the nails, the pieces were removed to the red color of the meat, which remain visible after a week and under a double protective layer of fortifier, the cuts left from the cutter on the nails are visible, which should not be. As a result, I can't let alone grow my nails, even paint them with gel polish, and I have to grow my nails back to normal for 3 months (go to the doctor, go to the sea with damaged nails). Also, the extension agent was not completely removed on 3-4 nails.

The master does not know how to work with long hair. 09.11.25 I was at the young master (girl) for a haircut. The ends of her long hair had previously been cut in a semicircle. It was also necessary to perform a semicircle haircut, removing 5-7 cm. The master does not know how to perform this haircut. The semicircle turned out to be curved, the parts of the hair in front were generally cut in pieces and of different lengths. After finishing the work, they spent another 15 minutes correcting what happened under my guidance. Of course, the length from the waist has already gone almost to the shoulder blades... I couldn't fix it completely, otherwise I would have left the square. When I asked the administrator how long the master with long hair has been working, I received the answer that the master has been working in the salon recently. And here is the question for the administrator, why do you record a client who calls with a specific request for a haircut for long hair, to a master whose competence you are not sure about this request? In general, if you want to spoil your mood for a couple of months for your money, come to this salon, you won't regret it.
