The salon is large, the selection of dresses is good, but the service is not at the appropriate level. There was a misunderstanding with the fitting of the dress: at the conclusion of the contract, measurements were taken from me and a date was set when the dress could be picked up. When it was time to pick up, they called me and asked when to expect me for measurements. It turned out that the measurements were not taken off me, the seamstress takes them off, but no one explained this to me and we just lost time (a month). There were 2 weeks left before the wedding!! I planned to pick up the dress earlier, but I had to do everything in a hurry and run to the salon right before the wedding, when there are so many worries. I did not like that the consultants did not immediately explain how their process was going on, although I asked. There are no complaints about the dress and the seamstress, but the consultants lack qualifications

Very bad about everything 🤪
During my fitting, the consultant did not close the curtain between the dresses, while an outsider was in the salon (because the location is a market pavilion, anyone can come in to take a look). When I closed the curtain myself, I was told: "No one sees you here anyway."
To my rather specific request about the train, the consultant indignantly replied that this does not happen live and in general I just saw enough pictures on Instagram. For some reason, there were such dresses in other salons))
The choice is huge, but the quality is just trash… The threads are sticking out, the fittings are cheap, the fabric is of poor quality. I was told about the dress in the photo that it would be lengthened to my height without any problems 🙈
It's good that I visited other salons before Dominic, otherwise there would be no desire to choose a dress further)

This salon put me in a very unpleasant position 10 days before the wedding!
I chose a dress, signed a rental agreement, and decided on the date of the visit to fit the parameters. I arrived 10 days before the wedding for a fitting, where the seamstress said that this dress would look very ugly if it was turned up, she said it was better to cut it off, for this you need to buy it, not rent it. This should be reported by consultants at the fitting, and not 10 days before the wedding.
We decided that we would buy a dress, as the deadlines were tight. I inform the administrator Julia about this, to which she says that this is only possible if it is free after me, and they will call me back with an answer, can I buy it or not. It turns out that 10 days before the wedding, I either need to stay with a shabby dress, or look for a new one!
I asked the receptionist to see if it was free, to which they replied: "Well, it's necessary to go down to the first floor, I'll call you back."
Also, the administrator Julia reacts inappropriately to the usual questions of her clients. The money has been paid - you can communicate in the fuck off. I called to clarify the time when I can pick up the dress, to which I was answered: "You have made an appointment for a specific time, then come", instead of just reminding the client of the recording time.
The dress is beautiful, but the service is 👎

If you want to spoil your mood the day before the wedding, then you are here. The dress was chosen several months in advance, they promised that it would not be rented out all this time. As a result, by the wedding day, judging by the appearance of the dress, a company of brides had already married in it, the dress was all full of holes. They could not adjust the dress to size, commenting that the bride's hands should not be raised during the wedding, and the holes can be closed with ruffles, even though they were not there at all. They refused to return the day for the prepayment, so they also demanded to pay the remaining amount for the dress, although I did not even take this rags from the salon. I had to resolve the issue through the court.

I was at a fitting in Dominica in May 2024
It was my first salon, a wedding in August. How much the mood was spoiled, it cannot be expressed in words. The dresses were terrible, gray. It is unclear which years of the collection (2010-2015?)
were given a questionnaire to fill out, with confidential information, where, when and how many people will celebrate? What's that for? I have visited 12 salons and have never seen anything like this anywhere else. The girl who "helped" is not at all.

We were about to leave , and then aggressive marketing began ! You have 3 MONTHS before the wedding, you will not find anything anymore, you choose from the leftovers, you need to take it today, right now, otherwise (figuratively) you will go to the wedding in your underpants.
In short, leave a deposit of 100 rubles today, today is the last chance!
The pressure lasted for half an hour, fortunately I was smart enough to leave and not give them a ruble.

One of the advantages is a good selection of dresses, a nice design of the place.
One of the disadvantages is the staff. You stop being interested in consultants as soon as you make a purchase - they just ignore questions, do not call back, even you need to beg for coffee yourself))
I also do not recommend ordering a dress fitting here - it is better to contact a third-party atelier. The "wonderful" master took measurements by eye "I don't want to stick pins in, I see how much I need," after which the dress had to be sewn twice until I was completely disappointed in this place and took it to a normal atelier for alteration. Do you want a ruined dress on the eve of the wedding? Feel free to contact Dominic.
Bottom line: I do not recommend it.

As soon as you enter the salon, you immediately find yourself in an incredible fairy tale or a romantic movie in which you feel like a princess. If you are looking for a dress of your dreams, then you should come to this salon right away, in whatever city you have not been, it is better to come and see a fairy tale right away, a huge selection of dresses for every taste and sorceresses or fairies who do their job at the highest level, hospitality and goodwill, correctness and politeness. My impressions are mixed. I chose a dress for a long time and decided on renting it in this salon. There are absolutely no questions for the consultants, I was at the fitting twice and everything went as pleasantly as possible. I wanted a dress with dropped shoulders, there were few such models, and I was offered to take a dress without shoulders and sew them on, they applied fabric for a guideline. On the day of fitting, no one particularly specified which hangers I wanted to see, what width, what kind, cut, etc. The seamstress did everything in her own way, because "it's better for such a dress like this", I had to change everything several times to make myself understood. When we tried everything on for the third time, the hangers looked generally good, but in practice it all fell off and hung like snot because it was poorly stitched and not thought out, which we would like from a wedding salon that understands dresses better. I was offered a better steam and everything will be fine)) In addition to this house, I saw a bunch of puffs on the hangers in a prominent place. On the wedding day, I constantly adjusted these hangers, at one point I asked my friend to sew them somehow so that they would not fall apart, which you can see in the photo, of course, the confidence and feeling of being a princess on that day was spoiled (for this filing they still charged me 150 rubles, I was warned, but I think that this is an inflated cost for the work. I also rented a veil, they gave me the wrong length - a short one, at first I took it, and then I came back and asked to replace it with a long one in a train, they searched for a long time and eventually gave me the one that lay in the fitting room. She was all rumpled, but maybe it's such a fabric effect, we won't know anymore)) when I gave the dress back, they told me that you can keep the veil)))) in short, if you decide to buy a ready-made dress or not change anything in the rental, everything should be fine, but my experience is not very successful.

A very good salon for choosing wedding dresses and for quality. I agree with one of the previous comments that at some moments it becomes very embarrassing when you come and the girls at the reception don't care about customers (and so more than once, since I visited the salon 2-3 times). As for the consultants, then:
At the first fitting I did not know what model, color and all other features I wanted, so I could not choose. But in the second fitting, the girl Irina, a wonderful consultant, helped us a lot, who brought every second model perfect! She offered us coffee, water, it was very nice.
About the dresses :
The choice of dresses is very large, so there is always a dress
But for autumn and winter, capes-fur coats are not very much, there is a small selection and they do not look quite presentable, so I rented a fur coat in another wedding salon.
And so, many thanks for the work of consultants who are trying very hard, for a beautiful dress and thanks to the girl who performed the fitting)

Отличный свадебный салон.
Искала платье несколько месяцев. Рассматривала только вариант аренды.
В других салонах предлагали либо что-то очень заношенное либо не на мой размер.
Фигура немного нестандартная большие бедра и маленькая грудь. В других салонах приносили платья с чашкой Д на мою А со словами "Ну подложите что-нибудь".
Честно говоря хотела уже купить просто белое обычное платье. Это салон был последней надеждой.
В итоге консультант определила все что мне нужно с первого взгляда. Платье село идеально. Аккуратное и совсем не скажешь, что оно было в аренде.
Девушка швея подшила все под мой рост. Даже и незаметно было)

Ставлю 3 звезды за:
-большой выбор платьев
-удобное расположение
-такие «плюшки» как украшения, которые входят в стоимость аренды, накидки в холодный сезон и т.д.
Итак, к минусам:
Изначально, когда я пришла по записи, мне сказали ждать, я пришла заранее за 15 минут до назначенного времени, в нужное время подхожу к кассе, ко мне никто не подходит, девушки общаются между собой на личные темы - было неприятно. Дальше меня провели в отдельную часть помещения, где примерочные, выслушали мои пожелания, начали давать примерять платья, мне ни одно из них не нравилось, я попросила еще, мне сказали, что на меня платьев больше нет (хотя я не такая уж большая, по большей части дело было в размере груди), я начала выбирать из того, что предлагали. Выбрала одно платье, начала снова его примерять, но все еще что-то не то. И тут девушка-работница подключила АГРЕССИВНЫЙ МАРКЕТИНГ - говорит, что даже если я на 5 минут выйду из их салона, не купив это платье, то цена уже будет на 100$ БОЛЬШЕ!!! Так как не применяются всякие скидки, но тут скорее вопрос в том, как у них в принципе построено ценообразование.
В общем в этот момент я поняла, что не хочу ничего общего иметь с салоном Dominik и очень рада, что не купила платье, которое мне не нравилось.
Пошла по другим свадебным бутикам в тц Зеркало и в итоге в соседнем от них небольшом, не таком распиаренном павильоне, где нет такого потока клиентов, нашла свое идеальное платье 🥰

The best salon!
There is no such choice of dresses in any place in Minsk. On request, they will make/adjust any model.
Of the many salons I visited and dresses I tried on, it was here that I found my own (and by the way, it was the first in the search race).
Smiling, pleasant consultant girls, a competent seamstress who hears all wishes and embodies any "wish" into reality, with regard to modifications of the style. Girls give advice, but do not impose their opinion. And it's valuable.
In general, there were exceptionally good impressions. Every visit to your salon left a pleasant emotional feeling. The feeling of the upcoming holiday. Thank you for that!

Спасибо большое салону за платье МЕЧТЫ! Сказать , что в нем я чувствовала себя принцессой - ничего не сказать) я бы с удовольствием еще много-много раз выбрала именно его!

Выбор очень большой, можно найти все начиная от минимализма до дорого-богато.
Но все дело в отношении консультантов к невестам и сервиса, это очень страдает. Обычное минималистичное платье без блёсток отдали в старом чехле, который был весь в блёстках и обнаружила я это в день свадьбы, благо был организатор, которая чистила платье, а потом и пылесосила ковёр в квартире от этого безобразия
