Unfortunately, today I faced an extremely unpleasant situation in the Globus salon. I wanted to sign up for a man's haircut in the morning. I was asked to call back later, because the master was not there. I called later, at the specified time, the specialist was not there again, but they still signed me up for a haircut. I arrived at the exact time and the master told me that she was busy and would be able to serve me in 40-50 minutes. When I asked about the reasons, I started making up a story that a woman had called me and answered my number. Of course, no one called me and could not physically answer for me, because I had been traveling with my phone for the previous 3 hours. No solution options (for example, another wizard) They didn't offer it to me.
