I found this place by accident and on the same day I was taken for a complex air-touch staining. Vera is a master, neat , friendly, a true professional in her field. She consulted on hair care at home, recommended remedies. I told you all the stages of painting, what we do when we wash it off, how much more time you need to sit, in general, you are fully aware of what is happening to your hair, so that suddenly there are no questions. This is how it should be in a normal salon. Customer focus is 100%. The most important thing is that I was very pleased with the result in the end, everything that she recommended really turned out beautifully. You need to listen to the master, it helps you decide on bolder steps. The receptionist is a very nice woman, she greeted me with a smile. She repeatedly brought water , and it was possible to ask for tea and coffee, to choose from. The cost of coloring fully corresponds to the one that I was guided to in advance🙂 I came to them with a smile and left with a gorgeous blonde. THANK YOU

Negative feedback!!! Very bad beauty salon, complaints to the administrator, she is not polite, not respectful, and not kind. Such staff does not work better in the service sector. I will not go to such a salon anymore. At least the salon is so close, it is located in the neighborhood. This is the first time I'm not so happy, and writing complaints in the open site, I'm not so happy!

Good afternoon! I want to leave a negative review. I came to this salon for nail extensions. In addition to the fact that the nails grew back immediately, they also began to fall off in less than a week - from the fact that, sorry, I scratched myself (there were no bumps, cuts or anything like that). They could not fix it, because the master went on vacation, and there is no other master for building up in the salon. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they would return only for 1 nail (by the way, when removing this extension in another salon, the master said that the rest would also fall off). Most of all, in this situation, I was outraged not even by the poorly done work, but by the speed and rough form of feedback on my problem. As a result, I didn't even want to go to this salon to remove the coating. I hope my review will help save someone's time, money and nerves.
