Today I came for the first time to the Daniel beauty salon on Irpenskaya. The impressions are just terrible. The hairdresser is Julia.
1) On the phone, the girls said that the hair coloring of my length would be 750 UAH. When I came to the salon, the hairdresser said, "so, it will cost 950 hryvnia." I say, "I thought they told me it was 750," and she says, "Yes? Ah, well then 750"....
2) Next. I show the hairdresser what hair color I want. A cold shade. Blonde. OK? She says OK.
3) The hairdresser examined my hair and said that I needed to "brush the tips" and that it would take 15 minutes (on the sink). Then she put something on my hair (which smelled terribly of chemicals). Maybe some kind of blond guy.
4) When I returned to the chair, the receptionist came up and asked, "do you know that there is a separate fee for cleaning the tips? 650 hryvnia". That is, in this salon, they first do, and then tell customers that it turns out it is not included in the price. And if the client does not have enough funds with him? It's just awful.
5) Next, after 15 minutes of blondorana or whatever it was, my hair turned yellow like a chicken. The hairdresser continued her work, coloring my roots with one color, and the entire length with another.
6) The result was just terrible! Girls! The roots are terribly yellow, like in the 90s. And all the other hair is copper blonde (a pathetic parody of the cold blonde that I asked for).
7) When the hairdresser washed my hair, she asked how we would dry it. I said that without styling, we'll just pull it out with a hair dryer. She said, "there may be an additional fee for this, you need to ask the administrator." I'm shocked. Hair drying for an additional fee? Do I have to go outside with wet hair? And that the hairdresser does not know whether hair drying is included in the price or not? The receptionist graciously confirmed that she was entering. Aliluya.
My hair has always been shiny! Now it's just like a washcloth! Just sit there and cry! The roots are yellow, no tonic can cover them, and the entire length of the hair is a cold shade! I left there with tears in my eyes, the hairdresser Julia said, "let's paint over you now!" Thank you, give me back my hair and shine! The result is dried burnt hair, yellow roots a la blondoran, loss of shine and the devil knows what on your head! The salon has to pay people for such experiments on hair... it's just terrible.
