I regret to inform you about the inappropriate attitude towards the customers of this salon at 22 Lajos Gavro Street. I came to the salon at 19.00 (the salon is open until 21.00) and signed up for a haircut. The receptionist asked to wait half an hour. Half an hour later, she asked me if I was in a hurry and if I could wait a little longer. After receiving my positive response, she went about her business without offering coffee or any other way to brighten up my expectations. After another 15 minutes, with a sad face, she informed me that I had expected in vain that they were "not in time" and that unfortunately no one would accept me. The most she did was to ask me to come the next day. Moreover, not at a time when it is convenient for me, but when it is convenient for them. No discounts were offered for the inconvenience caused. The result: almost an hour was spent waiting. a barely squeezed out "excuse me" at parting, not a haircut, which is more important, because instead of waiting, I could have gone to another salon (fortunately there are a lot of salons in the area). But unfortunately, there was no time left. In general, be careful with this salon, especially if you are signing up for an evening: it may happen that you will simply be "dumped".
