I had an extremely unpleasant experience in your studio today. I was booked in at 11:00, I arrived in advance, at ten minutes to 11, but the salon was closed. I believe that the salon should be open at least a few minutes before the start of recording, so that the client can safely wait inside instead of standing outside. I waited for about 10 minutes in the cold, and only then did the master come over. However, instead of apologizing and starting to get ready for work, the master said that he would not receive me, as I had made my comments about the organization of the work. I still have a question: why should a client who has been booked in advance stand outside and wait for the master? Why doesn't the master come earlier to prepare the workplace and tools? This is basic respect for customers.
