On February 5 at 21:15, we went in search of shelter
We were greeted by a polite , slender , gorgeous adminstrator Zhuldyz. She served me , explained everything clearly and politely , and escorted me to my room. I brought some pastel and soap accessories.
I made sure that we were comfortable , even gave us a charge on the phone .
I thought that the person who served us was the owner of the hotel. After that, I realized that she loves her job and finds an approach to the guest . Respect not be rude

Judging by the amount, it may be fine. We came from Astana. We couldn't find a hotel in this particular area, and so we found it. At first glance, everything seems to be nothing.
Of course, it was possible to make a fuss and vacuum in the room, I'm silent for the cercalo. Well, okay, but when I was lying down and a healthy cockroach crawled over me, I threw it off, well, there's also on the floor and on the bed. My shock was in shock. I don't recommend it. It's creepy.

The TV is not working, the bed linen is in terrible condition! The bed is hard! We need to put the director and accountant of this hotel there for a month! Although the administrator is a kind woman!

This is not a hostel, but a hotel. Modest, but clean and tidy, there are rooms for smokers and non-smokers. The smoking rooms are located on the upper floors, which is logical. If you ask, they can give you a kettle. The location is very good - near the metro, shops, cafes. I would give a solid 3 stars.

- no soap, toilet paper, etc.
