Two masters, two situations, two different results.
One older one - work on the dump, mats, claims to the client, forgot to do what was agreed (it's banal to manually tighten the nuts - although he said he did, and some are twisted at all, some turn by hand... I forgot to top up the antifreeze ...).
The second younger one with long hair and beard does the job well, took everything into account, did not forget anything, is a very pleasant person in communication.
The score is 4 solely because of the second master, because if you are lucky, you will get to him and you will have only positive impressions about this service station.
