Reading the comments, it seemed that there were disparate workers. He asked me to make a duplicate key, picked it up in a minute and gave it back. A worker came and checked.

Workshop in the Scala shopping center. The master, by his own admission, sets the sharpening angle of the tool "by eye, about 45 degrees" because observing the correct sharpening angle is "bothering". He is also not interested in the abrasiveness of the stones/circles used.
