It is necessary to change the water in the pool more often, it is unpleasant to be there! The beach is clean, there were always sun beds at the beginning of August. The water is a little cloudy, but generally good. It's a little cool. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and clean. There is a two-storey cafe, the prices are above average. The breakfasts are simple, but normal. Children can also watch cartoons at the summer cinema. There is a disco in the evening. Each house has its own table, there is a swing and a barbecue area on the territory. The room itself is simple, there were flies and the toilet did not work, after contacting the administration all the problems were fixed. They sell delicious ice cream to the left of the hotel! There is parking for cars, but not everyone has enough space. I ask the administration to pay attention to the comments!

Each house has its own cozy gazebo, if the room is in the building, then there is a balcony, a table, chairs, you can sit and admire the lake. There is a cafe on site with a view of the lake, a small playground, a barbecue area, a swing, and a projector for children. There are sun beds, canopies, slides on the shore.

I had a weekend break here in 2024. The territory is of course clean and green. But the service is still weak, weak. Breakfast is meager: either two boiled chicken eggs or a small cup of porridge, black tea and bread with butter. There is a place where you can roast a barbecue brought with you. The air conditioner, though ancient and rumbling, cooled the air at night tolerably. Electricity was provided only in the morning and in the evening. One of the advantages is walking distance to the lake. The beach is fenced and well equipped. We wish them all the best and hope that their service will improve after all.

Of the advantages, only normal breakfasts and lunches can be noted, but they were also accompanied by "surprises": a hair was found in the rice, and a fly was floating in the compote))) Now about the main disadvantage - unsanitary conditions: The bathroom is in terrible condition, old tiles, dirt, hair plaque. The floors, apparently, had not been washed at all, and there was dust and debris under the beds. The impression is compounded by the general feeling of neglect: peeling walls, cobwebs in the corners, dirty corners and spiders on the walls with cobwebs. A separate negative is the dinner, where we were simply deceived: we ordered one thing, brought another, and there were oddities in the bill. The staff behaved disrespectfully, we did not receive a clear explanation, and as a result, we were also left with an overpayment.For 280,000, we expected a minimum of cleanliness and honest treatment. Alas, we got the opposite. We do not advise anyone who values their health, money and nerves. The dishes are dirty, streaked and chipped.

There are huge water slides for which you have to pay 3,000 tenge every day, they lead to the pool and the receptionist stood next to it and told me that she would close the slides if we swim in the pool! SHE SAID THEY ROLLED DOWN THE HILL AND CAME OUT! She herself was wearing a very very short skirt and she was often not at her workplace. She walks somewhere, but she is the administrator of only these slides and she has one workplace. There was no water in the whole city.

The room has one 160-wide bed, the second 90-wide table, bedside table and two chairs. a very noisy air conditioner, a small fridge, a kettle and 3 faceted glasses. access to the beach is across the street. view: the lake, the smoking chimneys of the factory and part of the city. maybe for some it's a vacation, but it's more like survival without basic sanitation.

The territory is green. We took a room based on breakfast and lunch . Breakfast and lunch are served in the 2-storey summer house. But the strangest thing is that those who bought breakfast and lunch at the base are not allowed to eat on the 2nd floor. What's the difference? Maybe the waiters are too lazy to carry the plates.. I don't know.... the food is primitive, not tasty. The bed linen is clean, washed, but the towels are smelly. Prices in the area of recreation centers are simply space! There is no embankment. There is no infrastructure at all! Everyone is talking about the development and support of local tourism. We paid 160 thousand tenge for 2 days! But what did we get in the end? Described above. We bought into the laudatory reviews))) In Turkey, we rented an apartment for 50 euros (then the exchange rate was 485 tenge) per day for a 2-room apartment with hotel infrastructure (swimming pool, hammam, cinema room, barbecue area) next to the sea. Would you say that it is not necessary to compare holidays in Turkey and the Kyrgyz Republic? Well, then the prices should be appropriate! When will our employees learn how to provide services according to the set prices? It's just a shame. There is no desire to return to Balkhash at all!

The recreation center is just a BOTTOM! I rested here for the first and last time! 1. WiFi works only in certain areas of the base (WiFi does not catch in the rooms). 2. The only Activ communication operator does not work stably, the Internet worked no more than 50% of the time spent at the recreation center (5 days) 3. Smokers smoke wherever they want, so if you open the window, it stinks even in the room. 4. There are no rules of accommodation, and therefore many people turn on music in their cars in the parking lot of the recreation center, who is good at what and still too loud. 5. The furniture in the rooms is all dead, the mattresses are old and the springs are sticking out of them. 6. Scoop air conditioners that are mounted directly into the window are too loud (at night they rattle). 7. Industrial refrigerators are small and loud (without a freezer). 8. The water in the washbasin is only cold (to shave, you need to use a hose from the shower, which is very inconvenient). 9. The doors are both external and to the toilet with dead locks. 10. There is a huge slow queue in the cafe in the morning. 11. Neighbors' screams, fights and fights are not uncommon at night.

When you come on vacation, you also need to change the light bulbs. The tables are all sticky, the garbage does not run away in the bins. The sockets in the rooms are broken, the mattress was given all torn, There are no conditions for such money, parking is paid, nothing was said about it.
