We are delighted with our stay at the hotel in Samarkand! The excellent location allowed us to easily reach the main attractions of the city. The room was spacious, cozy and clean, with a magnificent view of the surrounding area. The service was top notch: the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast offered a large selection of dishes, which helped us to start the day in a good mood. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Samarkand!

Very friendly staff! They advised and helped us a lot. Many thanks to the guys at the reception. We arrived at 7 a.m., gave us an early check-in for free. Plus, we made a free upgrade from a deluxe room to a suite. The central square is a 10-minute walk away. In the room, slippers, water, tea, coffee are a plus. Different types of fruits were given for breakfast: melon, watermelon, peaches, apricots.
There were ants in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself was leaking.
Robes that were given out already at the last stage of life. The pool is cold, the sauna is 59 degrees, we Russians are not used to a low degree. The hammam was not working. The coffee machine was so-so at breakfast, one day it didn't work at all.

The hotel is great! Individual design of each room. The suites are huge, the furniture is mattresses, carpets - everything is comfortable and cozy.
Good breakfasts with a wonderful view! The pool and sauna are good, but you need to take care and order everything you need there in advance: towels, sheets, shampoo. The manager of the Islom hotel provided excellent assistance in organizing our trip, from meeting at the train station to leaving the city. I was always in touch, helped to fulfill all requests, and found an excellent spiritual guide! Thank him so much for that!

We rented a hotel room for 2 days. We were very satisfied. Clean, beautiful, cozy. The price included access to the pool and spa for an hour a day. The breakfast buffet, the choice is not small, it was very tasty. In general, I recommend this hotel!

The location of the restaurant is very interesting. However, there is no view from the room. A large, spacious hall, but there is not enough comfort. At breakfast, I would like to brew coffee and pay attention to the taste of the dishes. It seems that he is not doing it with his soul. I don't want to come up to take food a second time.. the only thing that was delicious was a roll of pita bread with cheese and ham, it seems. Well, you just cook eggs, put fish, pastries and snacks. Great hotel! It is very clean, beautiful, cozy and quiet. Delicious breakfasts, a cool spa area. We spent 4 days here with pleasure, and now I boldly recommend this hotel to all my friends. I am currently staying at this hotel and if anyone is thinking which hotel to choose, definitely only Samaria!!!! Any request, question, everything is solved!!! The hotel is very beautiful, everything is new, the restaurant has such soulful music!!! And after your walks around the city, you will find a sauna, hammam, swimming pool, relaxation area!!! Everything is very expensive and rich. But it's very Uzbek: the door in the room sagged, Arabic channels were on TV, the water in the pool was cold, the bath was not heated by our arrival... In general, the location is very good, the food is good, clean. I recommend. If you go to the spa, make a reservation with the staff in advance.

Отличный отель, дружелюбный персонал, на завтрак - шведский стол. На ресепшене при желании помогут организовать трансфер или помочь арендовать автомобиль. Есть собственный бассейн с сауной и хаммамом, входит в стоимость проживания. Но по времени бассейн нужно бронировать заранее. За доп плату организуют массаж (в отеле присутствует опытный массажист). В номере было чисто, сам номер достаточно просторный. Цены для отеля приемлемые. Благодарны всему персоналу за приятные дни в Самарканде. Обязательно поселимся вновь, когда поедем в Самарканд.

We took the hotel special for the sake of the spa. They couldn't provide us with a basik and a hammam on the evening we needed. This is a minus.
Among the advantages are the location of the norms, the breakfast is good, the view from the room is good, and the view from the terrace is normal.

Сам по себе отель новый. Все с виду красиво, и в номерах всё очень прилично. Но в ванной комнате очень пахло канализацией и с этим ничего не поделать, так как видимо, изначально неправильно проведены трубы. Завтраки средние, на столах стоит всё остывшее. Такому отелю нужен профессиональный персонал.

Отель новый, бассейн крытый, температура воды норм. Есть хамам турецкий и сухая сауна. Комнаты чистые, постель свежая. Из минусов отсутствие парковки, не очень разнообразное меню на завтраки. Ну останавливаться там или нет судить вам самим...

Хорошая новая гостиница. Бассейн тоже хороший. Только сауна плохо парится. Все удобства есть. Из минусов плохо то что не убираются часто. Утром оставил все как есть, а вечером смотришь и ничего не убрано. Иногда полустые и открытые одноразовые шампуни и гели для душа ставят.
