Шикарный ресторан, рекомендую всем. У ресторана не только очень красивый внутренний интерьер, но и очень уютный дворик. Меню ресторана состоит из традиционных русских и местных блюд. Есть местное пиво и вино. Брали на компанию ассорти из шашлыков и салаты. Салат из баклажан сломал весь шаблон. Баклажаны были порезаны соломкой, обжарены и подавались с остро - сладким соусом. Ничего вкуснее я не ела. Шашлыки тоже были разнообразными, начиная от традиционных кусочков мяса и люля кебаба и заканчивая шашлыками типа наполеон и рулет.

We asked the waiter to transfer us, he said: no problem, but when leaving, this girl came up again and pointed to the most passable table. Already at this point, I wanted to turn around and walk away from such hospitality. According to the menu, yes, it is varied and large, but when ordering a glass of juice for a child, the waiter kept silent that the juice was not poured in glasses and in fact brought a liter, we waited for meat for more than 40 minutes, no one warned about this either. In total, the impression of the restaurant is spoiled and there is no desire to return and recommend it.

Dirty, burnt tablecloths, an ever-disappearing waiter, non-alcoholic cocktails (mojitos) just lemonade from a bottle and mint! The food is very mediocre, half of the dishes from the menu are simply not there ... after that, the restaurant was eaten in other establishments (for ethical reasons, I will not write the names) and realized that Uzbekistan is delicious food, but not in this institution for sure!
Among the advantages: lots of seats, clean toilet. That's it!

Советую. Большой выбор блюд, готовят вкусно. Цены умеренные, как везде. Официанты дружелюбные, администратор опытный и грамотный. Зал красивый, есть на улице места, кабинки, курящий зал. В пятницу мы были, выступали на мой взгляд очень хорошие певцы - парень и девушка, хотя если в основном зале сесть - будет очень громко.
Если туалет женский расширят и осовременят, то совсем будет идеально

We visited this restaurant with foreign guests for the first time (evening of May 30, 2024) and were horrified with such poor service.
The hostess yelled at us and at the receptionist for sitting at an untidy table and behaving aggressively and rudely. Further, the indifference and boorish conversation of the waiters shocked not only foreign guests, but also us locals. The plates are not wiped and half full of water. Two administrators were contacted for all claims.
Any desire to visit this restaurant has disappeared.
However, the food and the interior are excellent.

Так, в ресторане три зала. В главном и самом большом зале музыка играет так громко, что даже если орать, ничего не услышишь. Это кошмар. В верхнем зале курят. После Москвы, это дико и крайне неприятно. Есть столы на улице, но в марте (когда мы были) там холодно по вечерам. Да, дают пледы, но сидеть укутавшись в одеяло не очень приятно. Прекрасное место для банкетов, но и небольшим компаниям здесь рады. Большой зал и при этом быстрое обслуживание как со стороны официантов, так и быстрая отдача блюд с кухни. И все это без потери качества.
Мы приехали сюда поесть баранины. И она здесь вкусная, но гренки которые были в блюде оказались слишком жирные.
А еще здесь дешёвое местное пиво. Вкусное и свежее.

The Samarkand restaurant is one of the WORST restaurants we have met in Uzbekistan!
Our journey through this beautiful country began with Sunny Tashkent, then Khiva, then Bukhara! Everywhere, all the anchor restaurants amazed us with delicious food and excellent staff.
But then we arrived in Samarkand…
And of course, in the evening it was necessary to have dinner, Yandex opened and the highest ratings at the Samarkand restaurant.
In fact, it is a TERRIBLE place with DISGUSTING cooked dishes.
1. They smoke right in the restaurant, it's hard for a non-smoker to breathe;
2. Salads do not have washed greens;
3. Salads are seasoned with mayonnaise sauces;
4. The restaurant is very dirty.
If we talk about the staff, then everything seems to be not bad. We were met by a steamed-up young man (this is understandable, the flow of people like us is huge), promised to plant and kept his word (THANKS here)
All dishes are prepared simply by piling into a plate, like piglets.
When you are in Samarkand, avoid this place.

Очень хорошее заведение, которое обладает большим количеством преимуществ, которые возвращают вас туда снова и снова. Заведение расположено в самом центре города, меню разнообразное, качество приготовления хорошее, кухня не изысканная, но всё вполне вкусно. Любезный персонал и приемлимые цены. В большом зале есть танцпол, а любители посидеть в тихой обстановке, могут легко это сделать в Русском зале, куда громкая музыка вообще не доносится. Летом есть возможность посидеть в уютном дворике, гле тоже тихо и комфортно. Ресторан Самарканд считаю одним из лучших заведений сети ресторанов БЕК.
