10/10 We spent 3 nights here and it was fantastic. The location of the hotel is what attracted my attention in the first place - it sits right in the middle of the old town within walking distance from all the major sites (Registan square is a 5 min walk, Siab market is a 10 min walk, it takes 15 to get to Hazrat Hizr and about the same time to Shah-i-Zinda all of which I would highly recommend to visit btw). Also this area is packed with Restaurants, Cafes and Supermarkets within 5-10 mins from the hotel so it's close but at the same time isolated and you won't be disturbed by noise or crowds (few cars pass through the residential area which is also a big advantage if u ask me). The hotel itself is very neat, tidy and you can feel it is looked after well. I would assume it is a family business and the owners are super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was cozy and convenient, it had all the amenities and despite the fact we didn't spend much time there we enjoyed it a lot. We were also offered breakfast included in the price, however we had it only once (it was good, it's just that we prefer to walk somewhere to dine). I would also point out we could pay by card (particularly, via Sberbank online transfer) which, as it turned out, was not very common in Uzbek hotels. I will add some photos to my review later. Anyways, definitely recommend staying here if you want to spend your time in Samarkand checking out the local sites while being surrounded by comfort and peace. Would love to visit again!

Just a wonderful hotel. The hotel staff are very pleasant, always friendly, ready to give advice and help. The breakfast was very tasty and quite varied, so you can choose the right food for yourself. Every day we were asked if we needed room cleaning. Our room was spacious with a window facing the street. The room had bathrobes, three towels, soap, disposable brushes and slippers. The air conditioner was directed at the front door, so it simply cooled the room, and did not blow, with its location you can sleep comfortably without fear of catching a cold. The hotel is located near Registan, there are many delicious restaurants nearby. I recommend this hotel to everyone! The only thing to keep in mind is that not all rooms have windows facing the street, so it's best to clarify this point.

We stayed in early March 2025. Excellent family-run hotel on a quiet street in the city center. Everything is within walking distance. Taxi to the train station - 150₽ There are 4 rooms on three floors, the rooms are small but very cozy, there is a kettle, mugs, several tea bags. Not all rooms have windows, some have "windows" on the internal staircase, please check when booking. The correct approach to cleaning is on demand. Breakfast in the basement is just a song!!! They actually cook in front of you, already at 7 a.m. the smells wake up on the third floor!😁 The choice is excellent, the atmosphere is very comfortable, there are child seats. At our request, we were fully fed at 7 o'clock, the usual time is 8-10. Special respect to the night "porter". Mustafa is a very polite and considerate employee👍 Always on duty, always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel, with a capital letter! The staff is amazing and pure-hearted, very responsive and attentive. The landlady is a kind-hearted man. Being in this rebuff gave me a very pleasant experience. I never go back to the same hotel, but I want to come back here. Good breakfasts, you won't leave hungry for sure! The location is as close as possible to Registan, a couple of minutes walk along the streets of the old town. Anyway, you can go in any direction from the hotel and all the sights are within walking distance. If you need to go somewhere, there are public transport stops nearby, which is also very convenient!!!

I liked everything! A small hotel, cozy rooms-yes, they are small, but for guests who come after hiking it's the best! The breakfasts are delicious with local dishes and sweets. And the hostess is lovely. My name is Parvina, I regret that I did not ask the name of the guy who was on duty at night. Since they didn't take a SIM card, they kindly called a Yandex taxi, which is much cheaper than we would have haggled with a taxi driver ourselves. Many thanks to Parvina! I definitely recommend this hotel, Registan is literally 300 meters away.

We toured the cities of Uzbekistan. The administrators Mustafa and Parinas (a girl whose name may not have been remembered accurately) are very nice and will always help, prompt, recommend. The breakfasts were much more varied from all the hotels visited. Very tasty salads, perfect poached egg and there are even hot (lunch) dishes for breakfast. And the location is just a fire, right in the old town, next to Registan. I heartily recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel from February 11 to February 17, 2025. The hotel is located behind Registan Square, all major attractions are within walking distance. Administrators Parvina and Shahzod (I hope I wrote down the names correctly) are very hospitable and helpful, provided all the necessary assistance. The room is clean, cleaned often. The 4x room is on the second floor, spacious, there is a window in the room, but it opens onto an internal staircase, not onto the street. The houses in this area are close together, and a window to the street is a luxury (as far as I understand). However, for those who leave after breakfast and return late, this is not an important factor. It was cold in winter, we were saved by air conditioning. The water is hot, the Wi-Fi is fast. Breakfast is a buffet, simple and delicious, if desired, a nice chef will cook scrambled eggs. Special thanks to Shahzod, who is very empathetic and helpful. Touching and sweet, he found the right words and wished my mother a happy birthday. I organized a late evening search and delivery of the cake. Thanks to the staff, the impressions of Samarkand have only multiplied.

I recommend it to everyone! Firstly, the hotel is located in the heart of Samarkand (it is small and is not included in the usual concept of massive Turkish hotels). Any attraction is within walking distance. And the main square is a five-minute walk away. A small number of rooms - you will not be left without the attention of the owners of the hotel. The room and the bathroom are very very clean. The hotel itself is also pleasant in design. The most delicious breakfast is included! Attention - they cook it in an open and clean kitchen. Varied and healthy food. It is not greasy and tasty. Scrambled eggs can be prepared on request. The staff is very helpful, they will help and answer your questions about the location of the places you are interested in. I definitely recommend it!!! We rested from October 1 to October 6.

There are a lot of disadvantages. First of all, this is not a hotel, but a guest house. And these are different things! I asked the receptionist about the number of rooms, he said at first that they had 14, and then he corrected himself to 12. But in reality, they provide data on the tour.It is possible that they have up to 10 numbers. Secondly, they take a tour here.the fee is higher, i.e. not in accordance with the legislation of this country. We have been seeking justice for a very long time to get back our money, which was illegally charged to us! Third, the room was terrible. Why is it not stated at the time of booking that there are no windows in the room? Technically, it was there, but it went out onto the stairs where people walk. You are in the dark and stuffy 24 hours a day, because it is impossible to ventilate the room. The room for three on the ground floor is terribly small, it's difficult to squeeze through. The lighting is weak. The dishes are dirty on the table. The floors are all battered, the skirting boards extend from the walls. The bathroom is uncomfortable, the distance between the toilet and the sink is small. The hair dryer turns off periodically. The sound insulation is weak, and you can hear everything from the hallway. Fourth, there is no customer orientation here. The receptionist is a rude woman, she greeted us unkindly. The second male administrator openly asked us, "Are you sure you need a conflict?" And the manager, when resolving the issue with the tour collection, generally told us to move out. Fifth, for the first day we lived without hot water. We were told a beautiful story that there was a gas accident in the area. For the first time since my life in another country, I heated water in a kettle to wash myself, it's a shame. No one has made compensation for the inconvenience. My advice is to stay away from this guest house. It's the worst experience of living in another country.

I was at this hotel from October 16 to October 21 this year. The hotel is small, but very cozy. It is located next to Registan Square. We arrived at 9 a.m., we were greeted, decorated, fed breakfast (everything is very tasty) and checked into the room an hour later. . Thanks a lot for that. Our room was on the second floor, clean, modest, private bathroom, the room had everything you need. Many thanks to the entire staff of the hotel, special thanks to the administrator Parvi (I hope I wrote the name correctly) . We went to her with all the questions, it was our first time in this country.We always received detailed answers and advice about a lot of things we didn't know. We really liked the hotel. We stayed in this "hotel" from 04/18/2025 to 04/21/2025. Upon check-in, we were told that we needed to pay a tourist fee. OK! We already paid at another hotel, and we were ready for this. But they told us the amount of 388,000 soums for 2 people and 3 nights, arguing that this was indicated when booking in Yandex Travel. The amount was calculated as a conversion to local currency starting from $5 per person for 1 night. But at the previous hotel, we were kindly provided with a resolution regulating the amount of payment. The tourist fee is regulated by the Regulation on the procedure for collecting tourist (hotel) fees in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Appendix No. 3 to Resolution No. 475 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 08/25/2022). (https://lex.uz/ru/pdfs/6173258) We paid this amount because we were tired and decided that we would figure it out later. Later, we approached the administrator and asked how many rooms you have. In response, we received that 12. Well, OK, after reading the resolution, we concluded that this is a hotel, and we fall under the tourist fee of 37,500 soums per person per night stay. We started demanding that the administrator refund the money we had overpaid. 388 000 - 225 000 = 163 000. The administrator called someone, communicated in our native language, which we do not understand, then they gave me the phone and kept saying that the amount of 388,000 was indicated in Yandex, and therefore we must pay it (apparently our own laws are not important). I tried to tell them about the resolution, but they didn't hear me, they interrupted me, and then they said in a rude way - get out! That's when I stopped talking to this person. We knew that there was a tourist police, after the threat of eviction, we said that we would then resolve all issues through her and went to the room. After 5-10 minutes, the administrator knocked on the door and invited me to return the difference. We got our 163,000. We calmed down on this, but when we arrived home, it was still interesting how much we actually paid for the tourist fee. Have you found a portal https://emehmon.uz / where all fees are served. We found ourselves, it says that we paid 22,500 per person for 3 nights of accommodation. After looking at the resolution and what is written on the portal, I concluded that this hotel is a guest house. And there the tax is completely different, 7,500 per day per person. 45,000 is the real tax we had to pay. This is almost 10 times less than the amount that they originally wanted to charge us. As for the accommodation itself. There was no hot water for the first day, the room had no window and was very small. The photos don't correspond to reality!

An excellent hotel for tourist sightseeing. Walking distance to various iconic places. The room is clean, we had an option with a window inside the house (a common option for Uzbekistan). Slippers, shampoo and soap are provided. A wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel has a good Internet connection. Among the disadvantages, thin walls and weak pressure in the shower.
