Nice shopping center, I give 4 stars. Samarqand Darvoza is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. There is everything you need: supermarket, food court, cinema, children's area. The atmosphere is pleasant, you can spend time with your family in peace. On the downside, there are not as many well—known brands as in other shopping malls, and the choice of clothes is not always pleasing. But prices are often lower than, for example, in the Riviera. In general, it is a convenient place for everyday shopping and recreation, especially if you live nearby.

Anyone can easily open and pick up your things, as there are very few of them and everyone is busy. Let's turn a blind eye to this. We arrived after training, respectively, with a bag of change of clothes. Bag+packages. We have a child with us. We need to continue shopping. We take a cart on the ground floor and put our things in it. We approach the elevator. We're waiting. A very male (employee) is suitable. He demands to leave the cart. We tell him, how do we move on with our shopping? To which he simply demands a cart. We tell him that the cabinets have no keys and not a single one is available. Show me the dressing room?! The request remains unanswered. As you might guess, he doesn't give a DAMN about all this! There are no carts for children on any floor except for specific shops from which carts cannot be taken out. No ordinary carts. In any case, not a single employee showed it to us. Just a disgusting shopping center, as well as staff who do not justify their actions and do not find solutions to problems. At least for this reason, I don't want to come there at all anymore. Keep in mind that if you go without a car in which you can leave your belongings, you will be clutching jackets and bags in your hands, and it's better not to go with children at all, there are 0 conditions (excluding the entertainment floor) . Well, if you want to safely bring your purchases on the cart to the car, which is in the parking lot above, you can not count on comfort. In such a big shopping center, it is impossible to calculate the basic comfort and conditions for the arrival of visitors and buyers 👎👎👎
