Great hotel and great people.
1. We had a late check-in, almost at night, we were greeted, given tea, ordered delicious food with delivery and were also treated to homemade chocolate cake.
2. The rooms are clean and spacious. The plumbing is new, each room has a refrigerator of normal size, towels, comfortable beds, pleasant linens and comfortable beds
3. A delicious and satisfying breakfast.
4. Despite our late arrival, at almost 10 p.m., we (4 adults and 3 children) were met, accommodated, watered and fed, as I have already said, but we were also provided with a place to store our belongings without any problems and even allocated a room where our bags were moved and where we could wait our night train.

A great option for 1-2 days in Bukhara. The old town and all the sights are about 15 minutes away on foot. 10-15 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room is cozy and small. Condey was working. The staff is young, they speak Russian, they are friendly.
Of the cons, I would note that breakfast could be less fatty, with less butter. As it is, I think it's great for my money.

The doors creaked very much, in the morning when people left, there was a creak throughout the hotel. We asked the administrator to solve the problem, everything was done. The responsiveness of the staff was very pleased. The breakfasts are dense, delicious, of course I did not have enough good coffee, instant coffee is not good, even if it is expensive, but these are small things.As a result, we are satisfied with the hotel, I recommend it.

It's a terrible hotel. We checked into the room, where a surprise awaited us with feces, a broken handle in the toilet, in which we almost got stuck) and exposed personal hygiene products.
Then a man came up and named the amount above the initial amount. We talked to the manager - the issue was not resolved in any way, as a result, at 00.00 we are looking for another hotel.

Zarina and her family are amazing owners and caring hosts of this hotel! I stayed here with my wife in the second decade of April. Clean enough, the breakfasts are amazing in density. Zarina, if necessary, prompted everything-she told me, she did not separate me with attention! If only there were more such caring people from the receiving parties - as an example to everyone!
By the way, there is an office of UCELL (mobile operator) in the next building, where you can purchase a tourist SIM card.
The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the gate to the old town (across the street).
It costs about 15,000 soums to get from the airport here, do not be fooled by the breeders near the airport.
