Highly recommend this palov centre if you want to try real Samarqand palov. The best so far I found in town 🥰😍

I've been wanting to try pilaf here for a long time and honestly I haven't really liked it yet: 1. Rice is not a laser, but an ordinary one. Despite this, in comparison with other pilaf centers, it is more expensive here (1 serving of 40,000 soums). 2. The rice did not cook well, there were a lot of hard rice. 3. There was no fat or veins in the meat, the meat itself was dry. 4. There are too many peas (nokhot) in rice, although there should be a moderate amount of it in Samarkand pilaf. I have been to other Samarkand pilaf centers and it is tastier, cheaper and everything is well cooked there. Perhaps because they have recently opened, they are just learning how to serve pilaf well, but I expected a different level for such a price. + their machines for withdrawing money from the card do not work, I had to transfer

One of the best places where they cook "delicious" pilaf. The prices are adequate, as for the quality of the food, then price = quality. The big plus of this place is: delicious food, good prices and excellent service and not a small number of tables.
