One of the best elevators in the city, if not the best. You start to appreciate it when you have to ride elevators in other buildings. The difference in class is immediately noticeable.

Nice building, combined business center and shopping center. Magnum is gorgeous, there are cafes, restaurants, a fitness room, a large game room, Marvin and more. In front of the building there is a beautiful artificial pond on the side of Syganak.

Every time I pass morning / lunch / evening problems with the passage, these majoriki park in two / three rows. I can't get through. In the Green Mall shopping center, it is better not to drive unnecessarily, you will not park. There was an evening like that, so the security came out and asked the car to be removed from the parking lot of Samruk, although there were places.
Probably my car was spoiling the view ...
