The house is warm. Clean. However, there are disadvantages. The playground is broken, the janitor keeps it clean, tints it, but major repairs are needed. And an inconvenient exit to the street. From the ground floor there is only an exit from the parking lot.

Excellent location, we bought an apartment here and did not regret it, the yard is large and closed, children have plenty of space. They are good with sediments, everything is always in order with communications. There is a polyclinic nearby, all the necessary shops, everything is at hand.
