I wrote to Samsonite support - they said that this suitcase is not waterproof. There's not a word about it on the off-site either. As a result, they refused to return the money, they began to say that we did not tell you about moisture protection and you came up with it yourself. The money was returned only through the tourist police, which is located nearby on the coast. It is a pity for the time spent, but it was possible to solve the problem immediately, without contacting the police. In short, be careful, do not take the sellers' word for it, their job is to sell you the product, check the information on the official website.
