Unfortunately, my visit was extremely disappointing. In the 20 minutes that I spent on the trading floor, not a single consultant approached me. There was another potential customer in the store besides me, but they didn't pay attention to him either. I think that two visitors to a company store on a day off is a clear indicator of problems with the service. Moreover, one of your employees was sitting at the counter at the time and was having a loud, emotional phone conversation. There was obscene language in his speech, which is unacceptable, especially considering that there could be children in the store. As a result, without waiting for help, I was forced to leave without making a purchase. I am contacting the management company with a request to pay attention to the quality of service. I ask you to conduct an inspection and take measures to improve the skills of the staff. The number of negative reviews on the Internet that I have seen only confirms that my case, unfortunately, is not an isolated one.

The seller did not even take his eyes off the monitor, did not study the problem, but simply said that he could not help in any way!
