The Samsung service was relevant. They dealt with the problem quickly and offered solutions that would not victimize. The employees are professional, their communication is good and they try to help throughout the process. I was satisfied with the quality of service. However, the service point did not make a very positive first impression on me because of the business center where it is located. In a place like Kadıköy, it feels like it could be in a more corporate location that is more suitable for the Samsung brand. This situation can create a question mark about trust at first glance. Apart from that, I have not experienced any negativity in terms of service and employees. They managed the service process quickly and professionally.
