I gave the Fold 5 under warranty for repair a month before the end of the warranty, the touchscreen strip on the internal screen fell off. The screen was changed, but a month later, in the morning, the phone opened with a crunch and the screen cracked on the hinge. The service refused to admit the fact of poorly performed repairs, the master showed a broken piece of screen glass under a microscope and said that this grain of sand was the cause, which means damage from the user. I did not pay for repairs, for about 2 times the repair price I bought the latest S Ultra - the investment is more reliable. By the way, one of the advantages is that you will be offered coffee. At the reception, the staff is always fluttering, they are not careful with papers, when handing over the device, no one will even offer to turn on the "maintenance mode" so that the master cannot access the data. Rather, even after a quick diagnosis, they will want to steal the phone with you without letting you turn it on, but you can object =) The only correct question is to ask for backup, but I advise you to make it with a Smart Switch to an external disk in advance (you can also add it to the cloud).

I highly recommend it. I gave the phone to the service twice. It was done poorly, redone. I did not give it back the second time, because I was afraid that they would stupidly break it. I took it to the service in Moscow - they said the service was of poor quality. At the same time, the price of the service is exactly 2 times higher than in Moscow. The only positive thing about the service is free coffee.
