I chose a day, drove from the other side of the city, arrived, went in, brought the DVR, described the problem again - in response, NO, we do NOT repair such breakdowns. But it was impossible to say this on the phone right away, the problem and the registrar's model were announced, or the "specialist" receptionist immediately made a "free" diagnosis to me from the threshold. It's a pity for the time and fuel spent on the road. It is very difficult to find good workshops now.
