We lived there for 3 months from September to the end of November 2018.The hosts are great guys.for such a long time there were no problems, any minor household issues were resolved instantly.cozy houses, a clean pool, high-quality room cleaning, maid girls even wash the dishes and, at the request of guests, can wash something extra.the territory is very cozy, lots of greenery, flowers, there are several recreation areas with tables and armchairs.everything is clean.Do not expect super beautiful and new houses with beautiful repairs, the houses are nevertheless clean,cozy, the repair is not new, but quite decent,there are fans and air conditioners everywhere,mosquito nets on the windows,of course there is a TV in every house, hot water.at the request of guests with children, a baby cot is provided :)there is a laundry room, which, by the way, is very convenient, because Thai houses are very rarely equipped with washing machines, if we talk about budget options.the price is acceptable at 50 baht per wash.Mila is also great at getting along with children and it seems that she is a real fairy godmother.my children are delighted with her, they still remember her. :)Andrey and Mila are wonderful hosts of the resort, they are sociable, responsive and very positive.and if something needs to be fixed, Mikhail Timofeevich will immediately rush over and repair everything.in short, it is a good relatively low-cost place with excellent staff, good and cordial relations to all guests and a willingness to always help.I definitely recommend it!and thanks to the host guys for everything!

The houses are spacious, well furnished, surrounded by greenery, with two exits: main and internal. Cleaning is done every five days with a change of linen and towels. The kitchen has a cooler with drinking water, necessary utensils, a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. There is a swimming pool and covered parking on site. A good beach is a three-minute drive away.

A great cozy hotel! Spacious houses surrounded by greenery of the garden, which have everything for a comfortable stay! There is a swimming pool on site. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. There are cafes and a shop nearby. Attentive and hospitable hosts!

Super hostess. A secluded place with a communal pool, almost every house has its own territory with a table and chairs between the house and the fence. You can order cleaning, linen change, laundry and now even food from the hostess!
