A hotel for non-demanding tourists. Helpful and attentive staff. Nearby (50 meters) there is a wholesale store of groceries and household supplies. The breakfasts are without frills, but you won't stay hungry. Good value for money.

Wonderful, great hotel! I came for a week, and as a result I lived for 2 months. Everything is clean, towels and bed linen are changed daily. The breakfasts are decent, everyone can choose what to eat. A pleasant area by the pool, a 5-minute walk to the sea. A wonderful hotel for you and your loved ones!

A good hotel for its 3 stars. The room is good - free, a bed, a sofa, a small balcony, although it overlooked the technical courtyard. Cleaning every day, water, towels were changed. The bed linen was stained with multiple stains. The air conditioner broke down, it was quickly repaired. The breakfasts are acceptable, we did not starve. It is located next to the beach - literally 300 meters. The second line, on the first there is another hotel, we brazenly went to the beach through its territory. There is a swimming pool, a gym (small). The hotel is conveniently located - near the market, shopping center, all traffic nearby. I liked the hotel. Not new, but in good condition. The staff is polite, responsive - although you need at least basic knowledge of English, it is very difficult to explain if the level is 0 (like mine). In general, I recommend it!

Nice hotel, 2 lines from the sea.7 minutes on foot. Positive:good reception service.(they can change the room if it's noisy), tell you what and where to be. There is a small gym. The room is cleaned every day.Clear.The breakfasts are very good.The pool outside is good for 20 meters. It is noisy because of our tourists at night, as some drink in black.But this is where the windows overlook the pool. Sometimes there is no hot water-they fix it slowly-1.5 days. In general, a good three - 3 stars.

I really liked the hotel, but there is one THING! It depends on which room you will be accommodated in! There are rooms with a view of the wall and windows of another building. Of course, to put it mildly, it's just terrible! My child and I were initially placed in just such a room (No. 1506). The bed is one for three, but big, but with one blanket! There was nowhere to dry the linen, not even a chair, hooks in the bathroom (and in the whole room) Not either. It's corny after the beach, there's nowhere to hang your laundry. I have already mentioned the view from the room - the wall of another building is about five meters away and the windows overlook the other guests. Accordingly, there is no question of any balcony! But the next day we asked the guide to find out if there was an opportunity to move us to another room, and two days later we were moved! Thank you so much to the guide and the hotel staff for providing us with a room much higher! Now we have a hefty room 2502 with a balcony and stunning mountain views, a place to dry clothes and three(!) separate beds! Now we are in paradise! The hotel has a gym on the second floor with cardio equipment, barbells and dumbbells. And, importantly, there is air conditioning! The breakfasts are quite simple. You should immediately understand that this is not all-inclusive, no one will pamper you with diversity. The child ate cereal with milk and toast with jam for 11 days, I ate sausages with omelette and something from the national cuisine + yogurt, vegetables, watermelon, melon, coffee, tea, juices. There is a nice pool with a bar where you can order drinks and some food, of course for an additional fee. But we bought beer at 7 eleven and food at a takeaway cafe, came to the pool and ate. No one was against it. Naturally, we ate carefully and cleaned up the garbage behind us, which we advise you to do! Laundry facilities and bike and car rentals are available on site. You can also book a transfer to different places on the island. The hotel itself is located in a fairly quiet and peaceful place on the one hand, and on the other hand not far from the center of traffic, such as Central Festival and Ark Bar (where it is too crowded). In general, if you are accommodated in a good room, then the hotel will seem very good to you, but if the room was originally ours, then either ask you to move, or accept and enjoy your vacation, because someone spent the whole vacation in one of these rooms. But in general, we were satisfied!

A beautiful hotel.Location on the second line.Large clean rooms.Cool bass player, big.There are car and motorbike rentals available.There are cafes, shops and massage parlors nearby.The beach is not far away.The beach is called "Chaweng", the best in Koh Samui.Big waves in January, in February the sea calmed down.The climate is much better than in Phuket, it is not so hot and stuffy.We rested with all our soul.

Justifies its 3 stars! The breakfasts are normal, a little untidy in the rooms, like stained doors.. But the room has everything you need, a kettle, cold water, coffee and water for free, the interior is cheerful. The na - 3* hotel is good for me with unobtrusive service. I'll decipher it a bit. Breakfasts are not even suitable for 2*. There is practically nothing to eat: ham, nipples, eggs, rice, eggs in the form of a mixed omelet and so on every day, someone else seems to have time, like chicken in broth with spices. There are watermelon, muffins, melon and that's all. It's a long way to the beach in a circular way. Across the street through the hotel if you break through. There is construction all around. Prices are different everywhere, as you're lucky.
